I purchased this app (which most other states have FREE DOT apps) in order to see the cameras to check road conditions during a snow storm. Every single camera was unavailable! This is the most useless travel app I’ve ever used. How do I get my $$ back??
Great App
I don’t know why all of the bad reviews. I bought this to replace my old TIMS app. I had my apprehensions but after using it for a couple of weeks, it works great. Good to have if you live or work in a town prone to flooding.
Horriable
This app is suppose to keep you updated on road conditions. It’s suppose to be in communication with the DOT and be updated daily or if needed hourly. I’ve checked this app on multiple occasions and it’s rarely updated. Just now I looked and the last time it was updated was 13 days ago. I would rather use my maps app or the google map app for a much dependable update on the road conditions

Great App, Some Suggestions
Overall the app is great, no bugs, does what it says. Fills the full screen while using my iPhone XR’s (notch). Not sure why the rating is so low.
The map and the cam favs are the best features. Easily find the camera you want to save and they show up in your favorites as a grid or page picture list.
I took off a star as I believe it should automatically have the cameras enabled on the map view. It took me a few mins to figure out what I was doing wrong.

No camera feeds and barely new info
Immediately after paying for this app and downloading it, I went to use it for its intended purpose. There were NO camera feeds for the areas I travel and most incident reports were several days old! It’s useless and a waste of money. Almost all other states provide this at no charge with the exception of the West Coast which is only 2 states, Cali and Oregon. I’m very disappointed that it’s a paid app without more up to date data or camera feeds.

No data showing up
No data, don’t think this app working
Can not view live traffic cams
It says in the app description that you can view traffic cams, but when I’m in the app, I can not view any live traffic cameras. All it shows me are still images when I click on one of the traffic cameras. How can I view the live traffic cameras on the app??
Disappointed
I downloaded the app a couple weeks ago. After reading the description of the app, I had expected more up-to-date info. On the day we tried it out, we drove for hundreds of miles in NC, on interstates, US Highways (321 and 23) etc. We ran into a major incident that wasn’t mentioned-a serious accident on I-85 near Kannspolis. There were other incidents, as well. None mentioned. In fact, the most recent info was 3 days old!! We ended up using my husband’s new app, which WAS updated regularly. I am glad I tried it, but I recommend AGAINST paying $2 for it. Sorry. 😊

I wasted my money here, don’t waste yours. I know it was only $1.99 but it doesn’t provide useful information. WTH does Land 1 mean to people, is it the left lane or the right lane.

Bug fixed. Rating changed to 3 ⭐️
Developer responded to my complaint of no data showing up and it was fixed quickly. App is now functional. Changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

Sad camera feeds
Very disappointed! I haven’t paid but for a few apps but after seeing the free South Carolina app and how well it works, I was willing to pay for my own home state of North Carolina. The cameras of North Carolina are hard to fine and when you do, they have a still shot of who knows when. It could be a present still shot or it could be a still shot from a month ago, who knows.
