Terrible

This version simply does not work. It does not even start up when you login, at least not on the iPhone.

Hopeless.

Tried for an hour to get through all the questions , codes, pass words, pass ID, illegible picture choice, beyond belief awkwardness of web site. I am going to try calling someone on my land line to attempt this one last time. If no go then I’ll use another bank. Unbelievable.

Mobile app

Mobile deposit doesn’t work...also can’t get current statements...calling for help is useless...

Not even a little good

All I can do is really check my balance...ok cool. My other gripes are the username/password system with an image check you literally never have to interact with. So why is it there? Inability to reset password without going into the establishments is also pretty annoying. At the end of the day it’s a very bare bones banking app.

Can’t Mobile deposit

This app is great for just checking your balance but if you want to deposit a check into your account forget it. Tried ten times one day last month and the stupid message “must sign check” kept coming up. It was signed so then I also printed my name under my signature on the back, still got the same dumb message and it not accepting the check. Tried it again today and it’s still giving me the same dumb message. Please fix for those that are out of state and would like to deposit checks!
