I absolutely despise this new app. I live in a completely different state now. My son got ahold of my debit card and I have no idea where it is. I can’t even navigate the app to cancel my debit card and order a new one. It’s so slow and takes forever to load. Honestly, if I could I would give it 0 stars. This app sucks.

Constant updates
I’m sorry but the fact that every single time I open the app it takes forever to update, and then it updates when I enter my username, then it updates when I enter my password. I mean what in the world is it updating everytime? Good lord I just want to check my bank account
New app is not yet adequately serving members
Plus one for all the comments that have been left so far. The new app has no obvious improvements for users and is jarringly slow to load account information. Please keep working to bring improvements.

horrible downgrade! the old app is much much better!! can’t transfer from patronage! for those of us on only social security every penny, ( or nickel) counts
Not a fan
I agree with all the current reviews. My additional complaint is that the reminders are confusing to set and almost useless. I used to have a checking acct balance reminder texted to me every morning so I knew where I was at in anticipation of my automatic withdrawal payments. Not a feature anymore. Just some annoying “reminder” features that makes me set dollar amounts and then “error” when I try setting them.

Old App Was Better
The old app was way better and actually worked. This app doesn’t even let me sign in please fix this.
Missing the old app
The new app won’t let me take money out of my patronage rewards. Is much slower and the help page doesn’t work. Missing the old app
Worse by every measure
The only perceptible difference from a users perspective is that this is slower, and clunkier to navigate than the old app. I only gave it two stars because they finally added passkeys.
Not user friendly anymore
Non-intuitive interface and no longer connects to my external budgeting app. This was a downgrade from the previous app.

New App is so slow to load now. Takes forever to load accounts. Bring back old app, takes to long to navigate between accounts and updates so frequently but nothing changes.

The app is slow and updates frequently. It takes longer to navigate between accounts. When you click on the account, it takes a long time to load transactions. The one thing that is easier is transferring money.
Cannot transfer between all accounts
this new app doesn’t allow me to transfer money from my patronage award account to another account, whereas both old apps did allow that. it’s annoying that i’d now have to stop by in person just to transfer money from the one account this app doesn’t let me transfer from.
Not an improvement
I am unhappy with the new app. I have no access to my HSA or patronage accounts. Every time I open the app it has to update.

The old app was better
The old app was much better/more user friendly; it loaded faster, and was very easy to navigate. The new app is very slow to load, and doesn’t show accounts or transactions in the same way. I prefer the old app.

If would be nice if they allowed “Face ID” to be able to used to log in like the old App did!
One thing I don’t like, is that the old App allowed users to use the face recognition as a substitute to adding your password, the new App does not allow this yet. It’s just kind of frustrating.

The old app was way better
I hate that I can see all the accounts my name is on, they aren’t labeled well and it’s incredibly hard to see what is what without clicking on it and going into the transactions. There was nothing wrong with the old app idk why they had to change it.
