App is broken
The app won’t load any pages, absolutely waste of space (same as the council)
Waste booking system doesn’t appear to work
On Thursday 12 March btw 7.15 and 7.30 pm I tried a number of times to book a visit to the Backwell waste centre. I went on line and through the app. I got as far as “booking information-vehicle registration.” I entered my car’s registration to be checked against the DVLA database. I pressed enter and a little blue dot appeared in the middle for about 15 seconds. It then disappeared and left me at the same place as before. It would not let me go any further, without explanation. I tried numerous times without success. How do I get to book a slot???

Every form comes up as insecure site
Every form you try to access comes back as being insecure and you risk having you financial details compromised

How have you managed to create an app to make bin collections more easy without a) a simple image of what goes in each bin - (instead you have to search per item! And B) a list of my bin days and image of the bin? Surly this is the absolute basics.
Really helpful already.
This app is already really helpful and with much more to be added it will become a really useful way to access information, report any concerns and manage payments.
