Easy to use app
I’ve been using NCCU’s mobile app for several years. It is easy to deposit rent receipts from my rental property business via mobile deposit. I use the app to easily and instantly transfer money to others who have accounts at NCCU. And i can quickly logon using face recognition to check balances in all my accounts. The quick view feature allows me to see recent activity at a glance. Thanks for bringing this service to our credit union; it really makes life easier.

New 2023 version crap
The old app was perfectly fine and worked great. This new one is unnecessary. Despite having a quick view option, it doesn’t seem to exist. Mobile deposit is very finicky and has constant errors. I had to write “for nccu mobile deposit only” twice on the check because the app couldn’t read it. Overall less elegant as it takes more clicking through menus to get what you need as compared to the older version. Never had any issues with the old one.

New update broke the app
It worked until the last update on 310/2023. Now Face ID doesn’t work and the app won’t open.
Used to work well
This app used to work very well. The last couple of months, every time I log in, all I see are blank screens. Navigate to branch location, I can see that. Account information? Blank. Bell pay screen? Blank. Anything I need? Blank. It is hit or miss if I will be able to do anything I need to do.
I have had to sometimes wait days before I can see screens I need.

Developers can’t be bothered
Cannot use bill pay on my I phone or I pad. When I complained I was told they will not update bill pay part of my online banking because apple will not update older I phones and iPads. Solution is to upgrade devices. Well you can bet I won’t upgrade to another apple product ever. Never ever. What a racket.

The updates in the last year or so have made this app seamless. It functions well and is easy to use.

This app is wonderful! Easy to navigate, fast loading, and everything I need to do all of my online banking. The only downfall is not being able to see everyone’s friendly faces at NCCYou! Keep up the good work!

Not happy with Access 24
Very disappointed with this new app. Access 24 that is down more than it is up is not 24 hour access. Not sure if it's the app or if it's your new system but it is very frustrating to not be able to access my accounts like I should be able to.
The new app is no good
I can hardly log in without some sort of system error. When I do manage to get logged in it seems to work. That said, the old app, aside from the camera functions, was better for on the fly banking. I can barely see my current balances without hassle with the new version. Fixes need to happen.
