Misleading on family day
This app generally works well but it was totally misleading on family day. I was able to check in with an estimated wait time of 32 minutes which did not change as time passed.
As a 3 PM approach I felt I should go to the hospital to catch the lab before it closed. Upon arrival it was clear that the lab was closed for outpatient all day.
I hope you can find a way to make sure this kind of error does not occur because, otherwise, the app is very effective.

Works but there are still problems
There is zero notification to use the remote check in at main desk prior to using this check in app.

This app is ridiculous-time wasting for all of the patients required to do all of the work to operate it, nothing gained by the lab or hospital- mostly just badly thought out - for instance-how do you cancel or change a time? If you really need to show off how high tech you are hire a professional who thinks about objectives for the app

Absolutely useless for UHNBC lab
Waited 35 minutes in my truck, walked in and was told “oh, you just check in here and then wait inside”! 15 minutes later I was done.
Utter waste of my time and the resources used to create the app!

Great App!
I’ve been using this app For a few years now and I’ve never had a problem. It’s great for those who have busy mornings before the day begins. It’s quick and easy.

Unable to check in anywhere
I understand due to COVID-19 that things are chaotic right now. However the app is unusable. No matter where I select, I am unable to check in no matter the location or department. It says that the option may be unavailable if there is a shortness of staff. Why push the app if it doesn’t work or does not have the staff to sustain it? Additionally, it does not update the hours of operation to match the actual listed hours. With my shift work, labs booking 2 months in advance, and no one to speak to over the phone the same day, it is very hard to access. Anyone else having similar issues? I live in Prince Rupert.
