We just released a new version of the app that allows you to login using Face ID or Touch ID. When you login next, it will prompt you to enable it or you can turn it on or off in the My Account area. Once enabled, when you open the app and click login it will use the biometric authentication to log you in versus trying to track down or remember your password. The app syncs in real time with our pharmacy management software to provide the current status of your prescriptions. If the prescription is refillable based on the parameters in your pharmacy software then you will be able to request the refill within the app. Certain types of medications may not allow refills and may require a new prescription for each fill. If you're still having issues you can email northernlight-app-support@dromosrx.com for technical support or call the pharmacy directly.

We just released a new version of the app that allows you to login using Face ID or Touch ID. When you login next, it will prompt you to enable it or you can turn it on or off in the My Account area. Once enabled, when you open the app and click login it will use the biometric authentication to log you in versus trying to track down or remember your password. Multi-Factor authentication is still required due to our health system IT policies. So once you complete the initial biometric login, you will still be sent a code to enter via SMS. Depending on the version of iOS you're running you should see the code show up at the top of your keyboard to autofill it into the app. If you're still having issues logging in you can email northernlight-app-support@dromosrx.com for technical support.

We have completely redesigned the mobile app from the ground up with the new version available in the app store. The app syncs directly with our pharmacy management system to allow real time management of your prescriptions. There is a new registration process within the app or you can register online at: https://pharmacy.northernlighthealth.org/registration. Your login for the website and app are the same once it is setup. We have included the ability to login via Face ID and Touch ID in the app to make it easier to access your account.
