Doesn’t work

App doesn’t allow me to refill prescriptions which is what I used the old one for. Wish they would go back to the old one.

We just released a new version of the app that allows you to login using Face ID or Touch ID. When you login next, it will prompt you to enable it or you can turn it on or off in the My Account area. Once enabled, when you open the app and click login it will use the biometric authentication to log you in versus trying to track down or remember your password. The app syncs in real time with our pharmacy management software to provide the current status of your prescriptions. If the prescription is refillable based on the parameters in your pharmacy software then you will be able to request the refill within the app. Certain types of medications may not allow refills and may require a new prescription for each fill. If you're still having issues you can email northernlight-app-support@dromosrx.com for technical support or call the pharmacy directly.

EXTREMELY ANNOYING!

Great idea but it’s nothing but annoying. The app won’t allow password storage and when you do track down your password to login it sends you a verification code that you can’t enter. Save your time and just call the pharmacy.

We just released a new version of the app that allows you to login using Face ID or Touch ID. When you login next, it will prompt you to enable it or you can turn it on or off in the My Account area. Once enabled, when you open the app and click login it will use the biometric authentication to log you in versus trying to track down or remember your password. Multi-Factor authentication is still required due to our health system IT policies. So once you complete the initial biometric login, you will still be sent a code to enter via SMS. Depending on the version of iOS you're running you should see the code show up at the top of your keyboard to autofill it into the app. If you're still having issues logging in you can email northernlight-app-support@dromosrx.com for technical support.

Doesn’t work

Pharmacy told me to use this app. However, the app does not work. There are only 2 northern light pharmacies. The app can not locate them making it impossible to create an account. If I can’t even make an account then what is the point to the app.

Great idea.

This app would be a great idea if it actually worked. I’ve tried deleting and reloading as well as signing out and back in. I am unable to load prescription numbers and none of the prescriptions that I have on file will show up on app. I’d say back the drawing board for this app.
