Wrong location
Twice I have used the app to order and it has sent the pizza to a different location. First time I assumed it was a glitch on my end, second time I made sure to order to my local location and it sent the order 15 minutes away. Lesson learned.

I love the scooby snacks, but the app cancels my order and erases everything from cart when I use it.

This app doesn’t work u can’t create a password it keeps saying something is wrong

This app is pretty clearly orphaned and will not work for its intended purpose. Can't create a login, can create a guest order, needs to be updated or removed from the store.

Cannot find my address
Can’t set up a profile or even order a pizza because the app keeps telling me that google can’t find my address.
Easy
It was easy to put my order in
Bogus
App keeps saying Google Mapping can’t find my address. BS, both Google and Google maps finds it fine along with all the other mapping apps!
Clunky
This app is pretty clunky and challenging to use. It also won’t let me use my saved credit card. I always get an error message. A major upgrade of the app is needed.

Can’t find address
App can’t find address tried several different ways of entering. App is useless.
More sauce
I wish I had the option on the app to add more sides of marinara sauce. That’s my only complaint.

Every time I log in it’s a different problem
This app is so incredibly frustrating! We moved over a year ago and I have never been unable to change my address in settings. It won’t accept it no matter how many times I try. Every single time I have to manually enter my address. Today I got an error that says google maps can’t find my address and kicks me back to the delivery or carry out screen. So I can’t even place an order. It’s unfortunate that Northern Lights might be losing customers due to the fact that the developers almost never go in and fix these horrible bugs. A year ago was the last update? Unacceptable. Northern Lights, PLEASE dump these developers and invest in someone who cares about your customers!!!!!!!

This is seriously the best pizza around. Way better than all the other pizza shops in taste, options and quality. The app is super easy to use and I’ve never had any issues.

Awesome pizza, great delivery, just wish they would send the confirmation and a delivery time after using the mobile app for ordering.
I can’t use app!
The app does not allow me to create a profile or even complete an online guest order. Every time I get to the address portion, I get an error that Google mapping service is unable to find my location. I know that I live outside of the closest locations delivery range, but why can I not create an account so that I can order for carry out? Assuming my address entry is why it stops at that point.
