So I receive The First Alert, but it doesn’t tell me what it is. I have to close that app and go to the Northern news now app to find out what’s up

Excellent App

If you're visiting, the Twin ports area this is an excellent app to have for quick, easy reference in planning your activities or on the go. If you live here, it is invaluable in the winter.

Too much noise

You have control for enabling severe weather alerts. But ZERO CONTROL for the daily messages. Why is this thing telling me the weather will be fine today? Don’t want anything from it except severe weather notifications

Look out the window…

I had hoped that this app, which is focused on our area, would provide more accurate weather information. Wrong! The first morning after I installed it I was informed that it was raining and given a time when it would stop. Interesting— there were clear blue skies in all directions and the app’s radar showed the nearest precipitation was over 100 miles away.
