My local store doesn’t exist in the app, I have no use for the app will be deleting

The pronto site is easy to use, but it needs some work. There are lots of items that I know the store carries but does not come up as a purchase option.

I love this app, and I always place notes to ensure the representatives need a bit more details and avoid confusion. I can get a little extra with my orders so I can ensure I make their job a little easier. They call me if they run in to an issue right away and they are always so nice and attentive.

Let EBT users use curbside pickup
App is cool to see what items they carry and the deals of the week. What I’m not happy about is how Walmart is able to take EBT through the app yet Nothgate can’t. Until then, I’ll be shopping for groceries at Walmart.
Great Service
I’ve had great experiences with this app. Especially some improvements that have been made with check out. The store employees shopping have done great on my orders even with produce. I look forward to using this great time saving way of shopping a lot more.

I ordered today and went for pick up but has to pay inside. They charged me a service fee of $5 that I wasn’t even aware I had to pay. I was caught by surprise. I also was given a cart with my items. I guess I expected more of a Walmart pick up lol. Cause you order it and check in when on your way pull up and they come out within 5 min and load up your trunk and you’re good to go. Here you had to call them to let them know you’ve arrived. Obviously the convenience of not having to shop when in 9 months pregnant about to pop helped but not happy with the app. Won’t be using it anymore.

Extremely disappointed
I attempted to make a purchase on this app for pick up and was met with an error message during the payment process. However I just checked my credit card statement and the payment did go through but when I go to my purchase history it says I didn’t order anything. Now I have to go to the store and try to fix it. Hopefully they’re understanding and can help me because there is no online customer support. Do not use this app!
