The best part is that they grind the animals bones and carcass up so they get the real hunter and gather experience!

I’m pleased with my Bison’s Bones purchase the 4 or 5 Bison Knuckles and the 4 Bison Ribs Bones for $35.00. I used to buy them all at a local meat market the time at Keller’s Meat Market on EUBANK in the the Heights’ when I lived in Albuquerque NM in season or out. Disappointed because I really wanted to buy some LAMB bones to cook / mix with my Bison bones to make homemade wild game Bones Broth, Next Time. I’ll keep you posted when I receive my orders I’ll take pictures for the actual SIZE and Amount of Bones per order.

Absolutely the BEST!!!
If you are sick of the less than quality meat in your local grocery store, Northstar Bison is the answer to your prayers. I began searching for grass-fed, grass-finished ruminant meat several years ago, and lo and behold I found the perfect source right in my home state of Wisconsin. I don’t think there is anything better, and their customer service is superb.

I use to enjoy their easy to navigate app but I think there was an update, it’s very buggy! Stuff disappears from my cart and I had a lot of things saved in my wishlist and now they’re gone! I’m super annoyed.

We’ve driven there. We’ve had it delivered. Everything we’ve purchased is delicious! We just grilled the bison tomahawk steaks on a Rectec grill with maple/oak/hickory pellets and we couldn’t be happier. Best tasting bison EVER !!
Dog food
My dog absolutely loved the pet blend raw elk meat mixed in with with her kibble. She’s a puppy and she smelled it and back up then tasted it and wouldn’t even stop the breath lol
Bison short ribs
Just cooked up 3 pounds of bison short ribs grass fed and finished. Slow cooked 8 hours with a dry rub. Nice bark. Easy off the bone.
Gonna definitely order more the next time.

I’ve bought bison short ribs, bison marrow bones, and Rocky Mountain Elk marrow bones! Best prices, and incredible flavor! Each package was shipped and delivered with dry ice still in the box! Products were perfect upon delivery! The only place I’ll buy my marrow bones, or any type of bison meat! Highly recommend!
