Never loads login screen
No matter what I try, this app simply will not load. I can’t even get to the login screen. I have never experienced this with any other app. Honestly this is a big enough inconvenience that I’m considering changing banks just so I don’t have to drive in to deposit my business checks.
App has user blocked issues
This app is absolutely full of bugs. Northway should do further updates to fix the problems
Terrible
Consistently a terrible app! Latest update makes things even worse. I have tried to remain loyal to this bank and app even as they go down the tubes slowly but surely. They can’t seem to keep up with the times. It’s like they have never seen how good apps work. They are in some kind of vortex!
Touch ID stopped working so I have to re-enter
Touch ID stopped working on the app so I now have to re-enter I do every time! Please hurry up and fix!!!! It works great otherwise!
Touch ID doesn’t work
I enable Touch ID, enter username/password, it says we’re good. I close the app. I open the app, it says I need to enable Touch ID. Vicious cycle. It’s a convenient feature but it doesn’t work. Other than that the app works like any other online banking app.
Touch ID no longer works
I have tried everything and Touch ID spontaneously shut off! All other financial apps function perfectly, but not Northway!
App has gotten unusable
This was an app I used to pay bills. It’s now an app just to check balance. Every time I try to pay a bill it kicks me out. The Mobile App has gotten worse over the last year.
Errors
Whenever I try to sign in it says unexpected error. Can't even log on. The "remember me" option doesn't work for me either. Been using this app for awhile and it feels like every other week there is an issue.
Works ok...but needs Touch ID
My other bank uses Touch ID for logon. Please incorporate this feature to make my logins faster. I have a 20+ character password randomly generated so it is a pain to copy and paste in every time.
Help!
I cant sign in to the app everyday, it keeps on saying unexpected error and ive called northway numerous times and nothing work. Update the app!
Needs a little work
It's a nice looking and easy to use application. But I'm having a problem with it not showing newer accounts that I've opened up after I've already downloaded the app. Also there isn't anyway to look at more history of an account. I may as well just log on through the web on my phone to look at my accounts.
