Can’t watch TV because it says Fill in the fields! I hate you Apple Company! You are a bad company to did this, not northwetel!

Need to do better

Turn on tv and tried to login and said I can’t login because wrong password. Changed login password and still can’t login. Very frustrating.

Latest update. NWTel called me the next day after and took care of the problem. I appreciate the quick response.

Audio / Video

The audio / video cultus in and out. Entire sports shows are hit and miss quite often.

You are kicked out of the app every few days. You are automatically kicked out and have to enter your username and password at random.

Poor customer service for the $200.00 a month one has to pay for an unstable system.

Starlink (Elon Musk) internet is my next option.
