More features!!
Currently I’ve been using the Northwoods credit union app for about 2 years and I am happy they’ve updated it along the way. But there is still plenty of room for improvement within the app. The bank services you have access to in general are great but I wish I could access them through the app. Like filtering transactions by date and time. Auto pay features, transferring from my account to let say my moms account within the same bank. Things like these I would love to have!

The bill pay is a little clumsy.
There is a problem right now with the history for share draft as no history is available for last year. Things. Happen, but it’s been several days and no emails have come that I’ve seen and the app has no messages coming up. Poor job. I’ve saw info. Facebook from residents before I even got anything from you.

Love that I can do 95% of my banking and bills from here.
Good App when it works
Decent app when it's working. However, the app is down so much (such as this morning 3/18) that it gets frustrating to rely on and use.
New App
Besides looking great the new nwcu app workings flawlessly. It allows easy access with quick responses, and no frills. I esp. Like the mobile deposit since we live far from the Cloquet mothership. Happy credit unioning. Joe
New update
First of all the new update is ok. I prefer the previous version of the app in the way your account folders looked. I really liked the running balance after each transaction. I track our spending in a separate spreadsheet and if I haven't logged into our bank account for a day or so it was nice to help track down any errors I may have made. I hope in an update that is put back into the app as I miss it now that it was taken out. Separating transactions by dates is a plus however.
Now add Touch ID! No real reason not to do so!!!
