Stream Crashes
The application is great overall besides the streaming service. The streams consistently crash. When the stream doesn’t crash, it’s a 5 out of 5 stars, but it’s rare it doesn’t crash.

Pretty good
I use this app mostly for the streaming and I have had no major as much as there are some annoyances. The two improvements I would suggest is not having to log into my account every time I want to watch and the airplay to the tv can be buggy if you are trying to do something else on your phone, I wish it would have an Appleplay option which tends to have less bugs with streaming to tvs.

Streaming Problems Constantly
The App in general is great for information and ease of ticket purchasing, but the streaming quality is poor, and that’s putting it lightly. Most games time out and when you do get a stream to go through the app times out. With the ESPN deal, maybe some higher quality streams will come. As of right now, that’s my biggest hang up.

Commercial volume needs to be addressed
Love your app. Love that we can watch this baseball league. But fix the volume on commercials vs commenters. So frustrating to have blaring commercials come on at every break

Two more years have passed and still accurate: Love this app to keep track of my team! But it needs to be updated for the new screens. Hello anyone who codes the app, please update the screen sizes!!

Extremely poor streaming service
I streamed the first game of the year and 2nd half of game kept freezing. Today trying to stream second game and more problems...can’t even start the stream. Customer service only available via email and not helpful.

Was just ok...
but has gotten considerably worse lately. Text doesn't fit inside of frames, many pages void of information. This app has always been slow to update scores, but now simply doesn't show them. Also lost is the scores around the league and standings. One tab says there's a game tonight, the other says no games scheduled. This is a huge lost opportunity for NWL. I've deleted the app because it is so disappointing when my daughter asks me for the score. As much as we enjoy the games that we attend, we are losing interest because of how difficult it is to follow the team when we aren't at the park. The one bright spot is the brilliant radio call. Too bad there's no link to it from this very sad app.

Disappointing
Not optimized for the iPhone X, riddled with bugs, menu links that go nowhere and no access to tickets purchased. Would love to see overall user experience updates and the ability to access my tickets from the app so I don't have to print them. It's 2018, let's get this app updated.
Push Notifications?
Glad the Northwoods League is doing this, but I keep having to reset my favorite team every time I open the app, and I can't figure out how to set up team-specific push notifications. I'd get in touch with the developer, but the contact info doesn't seem to be readily available. Hope this forum can help!

Hi Solar Girl - thanks for downloading our new app and thanks for your feedback. We wanted to provide a way to easilly switch from team to team during a session but also a way to set a favorite team that the app remembers each time you launch it. To set a favorite team, first select that team from the baseball menu icon at the top right, and then when the app is branded for that team, tap the star icon on the home screen. This will confirm the favorite team setting. If this doesn't work your device may not be saving app specific information which we can further troubleshoot. The push notifications are indeed favorite team specific and are sent specifically to those fans. These are managed by the team front offices and may be sent out at various intervals.
