Not working
I’ve had nothing but problems since the recent upgrade. I’m done.
Now Faster Redemption
I had to apply my previous subscription to the ‘new’ faster app. Now the only thing faster is my screaming. I MUST keep applying my previous subscription every time I want to scan/disconnect/connect vpn. There’s no way to access my account without REAPPLYING my previous active subscription. What a mess!

Constantly Have to Redeem Subscription
This is the most aggravating app - have to constantly sign in - and then this locks me out because of too many tries - getting rid of this App as soon as subscription expires.
Buggy
It’s good and all has good features for expensive plans but I notice it can be very buggy sometimes the menu options disappear for days and randomly come back it’s really annoying

What happened since last update on July 26
I am very concerned that I am unable to log on to my account since the last update. And it asks me to add a license when I login from pc, it says device is protected. The chat box doesn’t answer my questions. I’m hoping to find a real person to explain and figure this out.

Why do I have to continuously sign in? Can you fix the app please?

Live on fixed income need something ppl with less income could protect there iPads with

Keeps making me sign in every time I open the app, and there is no way to contact an actual person. I will not renew my subscription when the time comes.

随分前から気になってたが、このStoreページで紹介されてる画像のレイアウトと、実際のアプリ内レイアウトとかなり違うのだけど、これから少しづつ改良されてくってことでいいのかな。
そういえばアプリ内レイアウトやスキャン、特に自動でスキャンすると豪語してる割にどのバージョンからだった忘れたがその自動スキャンが機能しなくなった(これより前はこれでもかと言うほどにスキャンしてた)Wi-Fiセキュリティスキャンにしてもそうだが、特にずっと気になってたが、ダークウェブモニタリングが別アプリだったり、VPNも別アプリ扱いでこのアプリ内では国別切り替えができなかったりするのは、国ごとで提供してない機能があったりするようだから、なんか理由があったりするのか、それともサブスク課金のグレードによってとか、通信事業者経由で登録したとかで、アプリ内レイアウトや使える機能がUserによって制限されてたり違いを生じさせたりしてるのかな。
それにしてもウィジェットでサブスク誘導はある意味ではいらない気がするから、こんなウィジェットを何故わざわざ復活させたのか…。
あとこれは八つ当たりのようで恐縮なのだが、最近Wi-Fiとの接続がとても不安定なのだが、こっちのWi-Fiルーターの設置環境もあるのだろうけど、iOSかNorton(特にWi-Fiセキュリティスキャンの動作環境周辺やVPNの動作環境周辺)のどっちかか両方のせいだったりするのか、しかもこのアプリの調子云々によってはUserの通信環境は元より、それによる端末(特にブラウジングなどでの発熱やバッテリー持ち)への影響を考慮に入れてないかのような感じに思えてならない。(もしそうならかなりタチが悪い。)

App has become complete junk!! Ended up cancelling due to it being completely unusable!! Shame since I had used it for so long!
Blocks WiFi
I have been trying to understand what’s blocking my WiFi. It first started to slow it down now I don’t have WiFi. I have uninstalled several times. My apps started sending me codes via WhatsApp rather than my phone as they couldn’t find my location. I will never be switching safe web on again. I constantly had to delete it up get WiFi to work due to the safe web vpn you can’t switch off then if you look in the app it says it’s off when on on my phone.

Crashes
No longer works correctly after last update (July 25, 2026 timeframe). Keeps making me sign in every time I connect to the internet. No help from Norton whatsoever. Newly added/updated Norton VPN service Wireguard conflicts with the original Norton personal VPN. Don’t waste your money.
Renewal Cluster + VPN issues
Renewing 360, for 3rd year in a row it’s not working. I put product key, because cheaper than doing online renewal, and everyone gets failure message. Last two years we have had to have everyone call into Norton to renew for each device 🙄. As well, VPN no longer allows you to default to always use, and only activated if it seems connection is at risk, which is virtually never. If anyone is at a coffee shop, and does not want the world to see our passwords, Norton usually takes a few tries before it will let you turn on. on

Broken update
Another update that can’t find the Norton subscription from the version that’s just been updated. As usual, attempting to link to my Norton subscription fails with errors. This app is just not worth the grief it gives me every time it updates. That’s on top of the false notifications that it tells me to turn on my VPN, only to go into the option to find it’s already on and has been for quite a while. Time to get a different product.

Took my money but wouldn’t take sign up
I downloaded this and went through all the process of signing up. Then it said it would text me a code as the final step so I waited and then it said to check here and there but they didn’t send it. So I called tech support and they didn’t even see anything concerning my account. However they gladly took my $123 dollars and then said that I would have to contact Apple. If you value your money stay away!!!
