VPN currently not working
Normally a fantastic app and VPN but it has currently not been working for over 2 days. Please fix this.

I subscribed through the App Store only to find out the only thing to be found was the charge. The subscription never appeared, I was on the phone with a customer service rep 30 minutes and they didn’t do anything. So disappointed

Doesn’t Work
I have absolutely been hacked! And the password that Norton wrote for me, has now been found in a data breach. Apple iPhone caught that. Most of my accounts like Facebook and gmail got compromised.
I love my 360 but the VPN sucks with Apple
I have Norton Lifelock with 360 for a long time and I love it but ever since Apple did this iOS 26 update, it works horribly now. When I turned Wi-Fi on automatically even though I have it set to automatically on data or Wi-Fi in the and I have it on demand on both of the VPNs in my iPhone settings. If the phone goes to sleep for some reason, it’s shutting the whole VPN off and I have tried everything and nothing works. I have to literally make sure when I turn Wi-Fi on. I turned the VPN on also. I didn’t have this problem before this update with iPhone. AI said it’s a bug in between the iPhone sleep setting and Norton. You guys need to work on this!

On the account section,the box at the top with my email in it has now disappeared. The box above the subscription info. 5th sep update it’s now back to normal.

It now uses AI, which exposes & collects our data. USING AI IS THE OPPOSITE OF PROTECTING DATA. AI violates the privacy of users. Even if Norton eventually stops using AI, the damage has been done to Norton’s users.

Trying to understand what is the need for a password…

Much better but needs improvement
Much better since the last update. While in VPN I still find the pages to load slowly or time out. Also, I find my Norton browser frequently crashing while in secure checkout even after I have toggled to allow everything, then I have to reload. Many times I lose the contents of my cart, but if I press the cart queue again sometimes contents are restored. While in VPN and on a secure site (everything toggled to allow) many times it queues me to open a secure document but it mostly never opens it and I need to go to sign in with Edge to open the document.

So as someone who is on the internet alot sometimes you'll encounter werdios; people who try to get your IP or address. I went to sleep and ingored the guy and I wake up to him saying "I got your IP" and he POSTED IT. But it wasn't mine. It was the IP from the VPN. He also tried to get my address with a link but Norton blocked it 🥹

It keeps me well protected. The VPN is the best way to access my phone without having to worry
Another update, another broken feature!
VPN is having issues. Randomly disconnecting but still shows turned on. Set to a different country, but on the map it shows connected to your default country (in my case, Australia).
App giving alert for nothing
Was great! Past week always says an alert but when open is silly things that don’t need an alert and they won’t clear!!! Stop alerting me to things that are low priority

Olá, verifique em Ajustes > Norton 360 se WLAN e Dados Celulares estão ativados, alterne o Modo Avião e tente outro protocolo em Norton 360 > Configurações > Configurações avançadas. Se continuar sem conectar, remova e adicione novamente o perfil em Ajustes > Geral > VPN e Gerenciamento de Dispositivo. Incredible software and incredible customer service!
Norton has been my go to for anti virus and other services such as driver updater since I got my pc back in 2023. It is seamless and insanely easy to understand and use. And after today I can confidently say I won’t be switching any time soon. I has a utilities ultimate trial and I forgot to cancel it because I didn’t really use it much, and I asked if they could refund it and Shristy the customer service employee went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t going to have to hassle them and push them to get it refunded. No questions asked they helped me out. People say their upselling is aggressive but sometimes when you’re offering excellent services it’s annoying to have to say no lol.
