I’m not sure I am getting the antivirus or Malware I was told I would get when I paid a year for this service. I do know I am getting the VPN but that’s all. I’m not sure I will renew because I am a Little skeptical! I received a message but it gave an error code when I put in search bar it confirmed that I had a virus or malware. I called and told them about this they denied it. But somehow the message was erased by the time the call ended. Trust is everything!

Why do I have to continually ‘reconnect’ accounts that I have already set up? Nothing has changed except for I have to reconnect for some random reason. EXTREMELY frustrating!!! Also…… why is my VPN having to be reconnected. I never! turn it off.

In ten days, this app was responsible for 66% background usage, killing my battery
I stopped using this service for which I paid for mainly for my computer. I forgot after quitting the service and uninstalling on that that I still have Norton 360 on my phone. Now, today, I’ve learnt, after a very strange affair in which my phone died over the course of a day after 47 minutes of screen times, that Norton is responsible for using 66% of my phone’s energy over the past ten days. The next highest usage rate is messaging at 14%. Forget the service which years ago changed its entire purpose from something I cared to pay for to something I did not, this app, to me, at this point in time, is something I would hardly hesitate to call malicious. I’ve no idea what is or has happened, but it appears to me like the greatest solution to this issue…? Uninstall.

Where’s the VPN?
There has not been any VPN associated with Norton 360 for at least the past six weeks.

Horrible application, its not the Real Norton 360 identity theft protection application I originally purchased for $119 in September 2025. Apple should sue this developer for fraud and intentional malicious activity including identity theft and financial fraud. My bank accounts were compromised and closed,all information in input was compromised a d has been used by unknown individuals, my identification and social security number has been compromised, including my phone numbers and email accounts. Literally my entire life has been stolen since September 2025. My phone number doesn't even work anymore.

My iPhone was Hacked
My iPhone was hacked, I downloaded the basic Norton 360 app, and the app told me that my phone was secure. It definitely wasn’t! I had to reset it to factory settings. I wasted $20 on an app that couldn’t run a good scan- it only ran Norton ads to upgrade and give them more money. Utterly useless.

The password manager is a wonderfully handy tool. The apps and website is reliably updated to keep functionality perfect along with iOS updates.

Said 7 day free trial, then when I tried to redeem the said 7 day free trial I was charged £84.99! Sick joke! Apple better get me my money back and the subscription service on this app needs to be more clear
New update (July 2026) crashed whole phone
Tried to update to latest version today, crashed my iPhone 6 times, unable to connect to any site with Wi-Fi or mobile data. Finally managed to cancel update & hey presto everything working fine. Also menu screen VERY slow
