Incredible software and incredible customer service!
Norton has been my go to for anti virus and other services such as driver updater since I got my pc back in 2023. It is seamless and insanely easy to understand and use. And after today I can confidently say I won’t be switching any time soon. I has a utilities ultimate trial and I forgot to cancel it because I didn’t really use it much, and I asked if they could refund it and Shristy the customer service employee went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t going to have to hassle them and push them to get it refunded. No questions asked they helped me out. People say their upselling is aggressive but sometimes when you’re offering excellent services it’s annoying to have to say no lol.

I bought the premium Norton to protect IPhone but it will not download to my phone without purchasing N 360 security & VPN again.
Downgraded to make you buy upgraded plan
So the only thing I’ve noticed is the pay more get more upgrade wow what an improvement!🤔
Activation limit exceeded
I have had this subscription for years and for the last 4 weeks I cannot get it back on my phone. I think someone is using a robot to keep me out. Can you help me? This happened one other time last year. I’ve even changed my password several times. Please help get the crook off my Norton. I really like this antivirus.

Horrible
Will no longer allow my daughter to play videos on her iPad. She basically can not do anything with her iPad and we are going to have to buy a new device which we can’t afford.
Can’t Download
I have 2 devices protected but when I try to add 3 more the software wants to charge me another fee that I originally paid. When my subscription expires I will not renew. Too much trouble with Norton.
Huge battery drain
In two days Norton drained 15% of my battery with absolutely nothing else running.
Safe browsing is safe because you can’t get to the web
The safe web setting basically cripples my browser. DuckDuckGo won’t function., I can’t access AP News, Google News, or the Drudge Report.
Instead of spending the money for a subscription, I may as well just turn off my Wi-Fi setting.

Norton VPN still Not working
VPN not working at all now 21/8/26. Always messages “something went wrong”.
Deleted VPN numerous times … same message. Not worked since new Apple iOS.

After a couple of updates, VPN is working much better
VPN does not work.
VPN used to be automatic. Just noticed recently that I’ve been off VPN and no matter how many times I try, I cannot get onto VPN.

Still buggy
Says I am secured via VPN, but I never turned it on and did not connect (checked when you open up the settings for VPN). Checked in the settings and the VPN is not on also. Says I have an alert with red notification with no alert.
Bought for security against hacker
Completely useless. I ran the security screening and it said everything was clear. The hacker asked me, on my hacked device, whether I wanted him to buy me the more expensive version Norton offers. It was completely useless to me the whole year I had it.
It gave me some issues using safe features on my phone, so I had to stop using it altogether within a month or two.

Aug26, VPN drops continually Hope y’all fix
Time to find another provider!
I’ve used this app for 4 years and I am through with Nortons. Too many glitches, difficult to navigate, constantly trying to sell additional products, some that are built in to my OS. The VPN is unreliable and will completely block internet access for no apparent reason. And devices that are protected mysteriously loose protection without notice. And lastly is the high battery drain.

Updates for mobiles
Takes forever to update.
Slow updates on Apple IOS
Works on every other device I have but it’s very very slow when updating app on my iPhone. Update 15/82026, still doing the same, been “updating” for nearly 10 minutes and still not done. Over 10years with Norton, time to look elsewhere I think.
Update failures
The last two updates have made this app useless.
1st one kept logging g itself out or shutting down or freezing in scan mode.
Now this last one has absolutely nothing populated under the Menu heading and returns little to no information under any of the other headings.
Considering the purpose for and of this app that’s outright unacceptable.

Not working
Since I paid for this service, I have gotten 1000s of spam emails. So many, I can no longer block. What the purpose of this? Just to give you money???? Unhappy
