well i use it it has screen time at the end of the day and well yeah a specific timing but it doesn’t have ben allow me to on add at least more minute now i have lost a lot of achievement because of that one minute disability
Doesn’t take me to the Monitoring portal
This app contains to try to force me to set up another child rather than allowing me to monitor the activity of the children that are already registered in the app. Why would that work flow even be in the parental app. Always have to fight my way through the online portal rather than using this app wish they would fix it so we would just work.

O app foi instalado no celular do meu filho, porém meu filho conseguiu burlar o app nos apps que deixei bloqueado, (como ele faz?) ele abre e fecha rapidamente o app bloqueado, até o app abrir e ele poder usar, então essa é a falha ou bug que meu filho achou pra burlar a segurança do seu app!!!
Terrible app
Doesn’t work. The child is able to access PC outside curfew hours. And the Norton app gives wrong info about time spent on screen. Sort out your basic gestures at least guys.

Żałuje wydanych pieniędzy na ten system. Nie da się wielu rzeczy zrobić. Najgorsza jest ta aplikacja w której zmiany dokonane często nie są widoczne w komputerach dzieci. Nie da się poprostu dodać godziny czasu. Trzeba zmienić reguły domu i pamiętać o tym aby to cofnąć. Totalne nieporozumienie ten system. Ktoś zupełnie nie rozumie po co to tworzy. Kolejna rzecz, to już sam Norton Family, w którym nie można wyłączyć np głupich ostrzeżeń o tym że skończy się zara czas. Wyrzuca to dziecko gry do pulpitu i denerwuje bardziej niż jakby po prostu po czasie się wyłączył komputer. Zaluje pieniędzy które na to poszły w nadzieji ze ten system jest tego wart. Nie chciałbym tego systemu nawet za darmo. Niedopracowany produkt tworzony bez pomysłu.

Bardzo niedopracowana
Jako aplikacja na telefon, to jest po prostu pomyłka. I ne dotyczy to wyłącznie Family, ale i całej reszty pakietu Norton. Sama aplikacja nie wiadomo właściwie po co jest - pomijając fakt, że nie pamięta danych logowania, za każdym razem urządzenie trzeba dodawać do zaufanych, to jeszcze, po przebrnięciu procesu logowania - login/hasło -> kod weryfikacyjny -> drugi kod weryfikacyjny 2FA, zostajemy przkierowani do przeglądarki, gdzie cały proces logowania trzeba powtarzać. I to się nie zmienia od lat. Nie będę przedłużał już więcej licencji na Nortona, bo to porażka jest.

Constant Problems
It flags websites that are safe, flags websites my kids aren’t actively using, blocks access to websites they need for school. Currently kid is locked out from a website for submitting a discussion post and I went to check and Norton says he’s not even being monitored. Other apps to a better job with less frustration.

Die App fragt immer wieder neue Kinder hinzuzufügen obwohl meine Kinder schon aufgeführt sind. Ich komme an diese Aufforderung nicht vorbei. Die App ist somit nicht brauchbar. (Apple IOS 26)

The app is not functioning properly. It still cannot connect to my child's device and displays "offline" on the main screen, even though my child's device has a good connection to Family VPN. I had to manually change the VPN settings on my child's device again for it to acquire new permissions.
The app also incorrectly displays the number of approved categories, where there are more than the counter shows when you enter the selection.

Bad user experience
My child requested for allowing websites and that doesn’t get affect even though I add it to allow list . It’s frustrating especially while his class is about to start and needs this access.

Doesn’t work on iOS 26
Straight up it doesn’t work correctly if you want audit your children’s websites without getting in their way. There are three levels: block, warn and monitor. Even if you choose monitor, if will both block and warn. Even if you specifically allow the website and all associated categories, it will still block and warn. Yes, I resynced the app multiple times. I had the same issue across multiple children on multiple devices. I’m done trying to fix it and uninstalling it.

Caught my cheating spouse I truly appreciate
This is a very good app. I have never seen a more reliable private investigator like( hackspymaster @ Gmailcom.,, His service is very effective and resourceful with his help I was able to remotely access my partner's cellphone and the activities in it, l was monitoring him and he didn't even know about it because the service was remote in nature and totally untraceable, with a shot time I was able to catch him red handed cheating on me, thanks to Micheal for helping me to uncover the truth.

Funkcjonalność dramatyczna
Co z tego że wśród innych tego typu aplikacji ma duże możliwości, skoro za każdym razem gdy chcesz coś zmienić pojawia się komunikat „wystąpił błąd podczas wykonywania zadania” dopiero kiedy zalogujesz się fizycznie poprze stronę internetową wpisując 5 razy hasło oraz dokując 20 razy autoryzacji za pomocą kodu, uda Ci się w końcu zalogować i aplikacja ruszy wyświetlając przy okazji 15 razy błąd serwera. Wydaje mi się że aplikacja jest po to aby pomóc rodzicowi w nadzorze na dzieckiem a nie tylko po to aby już zainstalowana w telefonie, od dłuższego czasu funkcjonalność zerowa. Powinniście oddać ludziom pieniądze, bo po za tym, że zbieracie od nas informacje nie dajecie nic w zamian. Pieniądze wyrzucone w błoto. Nie polecam.
