Despite Norton saying the latest version works on Google tv I can confirm it doesn’t.
App no longer working
Not able to sign in when pressing redeem subscription. App is completely unusable as such. Very disappointing as used to work previously.

24 July 2026 - spoke to techrep that after update it doesn’t connect at all or log me in. They basically said it was bc on their end things merged to N360 and I had to renew subscription. I paid for yearly subscription was & I can’t use!! I will NOT renew/use their products again after years of being a customer. Would not even partially refund my yearly VPN I paid for that I can’t use bc of their update. I would give negative stars if possible.

App broken…
Paid for 12 months of this and now the app is broken, can’t sign in, can’t connect, been like this for a couple of days, useless at present

updated my app and now it refuses to connect, followed advice given and deleted app to redownload and now I can’t even login? just literally non functional

I would like to have the option to refresh every ten seconds and also hop locations every ten seconds and this app will be flawless

It worked well for a few days then it broke.
List of complaints:
It would switch to Argentina all the time regardless of what location I chose.
No protection using Wi-Fi
No protection with Adblockers bc Norton claim some are needed for websites to work but that is clearly how you are tracked.
No auto connect available on premium plan.
Stopped working after canceling auto subscription renewal due to unsatisfied with poor performance.

Update: They want me to upload to the same website that couldn’t help me before. I’m done with this terrible company. They can contact me directly if they want my business again. I forfeited a month of service before renewal just to be rid of them.

Don’t get what is says it provides, much like Tinder, you must pay to play at every turn… felt unsafe in the interwebs.
Ruins every app
Wanted this to work, but every app is delayed or doesn’t work at all when enabled. You’d think you could simply turn it on and off as needed, BUT YOU CANT!! Every time I turn it off (in both iPhone settings and the Norton app) it immediately turns itself back on. Had to delete it to use my phone again.

Terrible app
Can’t wait for subscription to end. It’s screwed up every device I have. Inconsistent, can never never recognize the internet. It has made my life traveling a living nightmare with no access to the internet. I must keep it turned off at all times. What’s the point

Head scratcher
So you get Norton VPN to protect you but yet by their default, all the security things are turned off? If I didn’t want the security, then I wouldn’t pay the money and I wouldn’t deal with the frustrations of downloading the program. Why does everything set default to OFF?

Unreliable. Turns itself off frequently and can be difficult to turn back on. Often websites won’t allow access because the vpn is using servers in other countries
worst app of all time
genuinely the worst app i've ever used. the vpn features are almost solid but the app usage is atrocious. random disconnects, reconnects, and sometimes just fully stops working.
