We strongly disagree with the claim that Nosefix is advertised as a free app. The questions in the app are not designed to waste your time. They are part of the personalization process and help our AI understand the type of nose shape and result you are looking for before generating your simulation. Nosefix is not a basic photo filter. Creating a personalized nose edit or rhinoplasty simulation based on your own facial structure requires significant AI processing power and infrastructure, which is why the service is not completely free. We want to be transparent about what Nosefix offers: a specialized AI tool designed to visualize potential nose changes on your own face, rather than simply applying a generic filter. We understand that you requested a refund after cancelling your purchase, but refund eligibility and refund decisions for App Store purchases are determined by Apple, not by Nosefix.
