Finally, a road trip app that gets it
I’ve tried a lot of road trip games over the years, and most either get repetitive fast or have everyone staring at their own phone. This is refreshingly different. It’s simple to pick up, the games are fun for both kids and adults, and it actually gets everyone looking out the windows and talking to each other instead of staring at screens.
The app feels thoughtfully designed, works completely offline, and doesn’t bombard you with ads, subscriptions, or account sign-ups. You can tell it was built by someone who understands family road trips rather than someone trying to maximize screen time.
Roadside Challenge and Roadside Oddities have been our favorites so far, but we’ve enjoyed switching between games during longer drives. Looking forward to seeing what gets added in future updates.
