Move freely through a living tunnel, find the only safe route, and survive a nonstop stream of angry eggs, sneezing immune cells, and one very determined uterus. DODGE THE SWARM Threats come in different sizes and move independently. Read the opening, change direction at the right moment, and avoid getting boxed in. BREAK FREE The uterus pulls harder as you get closer. Swipe away repeatedly before it drags you in. SURVIVE THE SNEEZE Immune cells won't end the run immediately - they disrupt your control with sneezing and sudden knockback. Recover fast or the next obstacle will finish the job. GRAB PROTECTION Pick up a temporary shield to survive one collision with an egg or a deadly capture. It won't stop an immune cell, so timing still matters. CHASE THE DISTANCE The challenge begins at full speed and never relaxes. Every meter counts, your best distance is saved, and a new attempt is only a tap away.
