Sem acesso ao App

Faz meses que não consigo acessar o Nota Paraná, tanto no aplicativo quanto no site. Sei que tenho saldo positivo, mas sem acesso não tem como transferir. O atendimento via WhatsApp é péssimo, simplesmente não deram suporte ao erro persistente. Desinstalei o App e o reinstalei e o problema continua. Se não posso resgatar meu saldo, não tenho razão para continuar pedindo nota fiscal.
