Poor Service

I purchased the premium plan for 1 year in June 2025. I saved some details notes that I wanted to use for study purposes later. The notes have all disappeared. The restore purchase option does not work and the support team has not responded at all. Extremely disappointed in this app and it’s support team.😡

Great app but no support

This app is great but I purchased the service/app about a week ago and had to replace my phone. The app will not restore purchase the option is not working and customer service has not responded after 2 attempts at contacting them. Tomorrow I will reach out to apple to get a refund.

Good !!

This app has been really helpful, but I wish when you take your notes and it allows you to quiz or use flashcards that once you tap on it or get the answer wrong or correct it moves to the next slide really that’s all I want. It’s pretty simple. I think it’ll just be nice. Oh yeah, and when it comes to the quiz when we finish it, can you give us a mark on how we did I would love for that it would help me way more thank you so much. 😊
