A REAL MOCK EXAM New: a timed, scored sitting that finally feels like the real thing. 50 questions in 50 minutes, drawn from the national bank and from your own state's law in the proportion the exam actually tests them — so a California candidate sits California questions, not somebody else's. Answer options are shuffled every attempt, so retaking tests what you know rather than which position you remember. The clock runs on real time, so leaving the app doesn't pause it. Afterwards you can review every question you missed: the answer you picked, the correct one, the explanation, and the citation behind it. Unanswered questions are flagged too. Not a subscriber? CLEARER ABOUT WHAT THIS APP IS Notary Prep is a study aid, not legal advice, and it is not affiliated with any state or notary authority. That is now said plainly in the app, with a full disclaimer in Settings and short notes on the screens where it matters most. One of those matters more than the rest: the in-app journal is a working record, not your official journal. Many states require one that is bound, sequentially numbered and tamper-evident.
