NotchDo

NotchDo is a focused task manager for people who think in sentences, not forms. Add a task the way you’d say it: “Finish report tomorrow p1 ! 9am #work”. NotchDo parses due dates, priorities, tags, reminders, and recurring schedules as you type—no tapping through menus. TASKS THAT KEEP UP WITH YOU • Natural-language input — write “next Monday”, “tomorrow at 3pm”, or “p2” and NotchDo handles the rest • Reminders — add “!” and a time to get notified when it matters • Recurring tasks — “!! daily”, “!! every Monday”, and more • Subtasks — break work into steps on separate lines • Tags and priorities — organize with #tags and p1–p3 priority levels • Archive — completed tasks move out of the way without disappearing • Reorder — drag tasks into the order that works for you CARDS FOR QUICK THOUGHTS Not everything is a to-do. Use Cards for notes, ideas, and scratchpad text—pin what matters, edit inline, and keep it separate from your task list. QUICK CAPTURE Tap + and start typing. The floating capture bar stays out of your way until you need it, with live syntax highlighting so you always know what NotchDo understood. SYNCED WITH MAC NotchDo started on the Mac as a notch-adjacent companion—and your data follows you. Tasks and cards sync over iCloud between iPhone, iPad, and Mac so you can capture on one device and pick up on another. BUILT FOR CLARITY No bloated project boards. No endless settings. Just tasks, cards, reminders, and a parser that respects how you actually write. Download NotchDo and spend less time managing your list—and more time doing the work on it.
