Bad experience

I’ve been using the app for 3 days and this app has been horrible for me I tried to use the scan note thing to make flashcards it didn’t work I personally just thought I wasn’t doing it right so I contacted the operator and asked them how to make flashcards and they responded with “noelfuel support will reply as soon as they can “ I was like okay but the next day came and I still didn’t get the question answered and this is the third day with no response the poor customer service has made me want to delete the app Notefuel needs to fix their current customer support

Perfect for studying

I love this app, especially for vocabulary terms in school. The flashcards are soo helpful, even though I have to copy and paste I really don’t mind it whatsoever. If you’re looking for a studying app this one is great

Great but..

But when going to settings it freezes and I have to close and reopen app. Also can you center align the answers just like you do the questions. And can you remove the word "question" From the actual playback

Charges on my debit card

It was a good app but they charged me $49.00 on my debit card only after using it for a month. I unsubscribed and note fuel says thats what you pay for a year but they charged me that amount anyway. If you are going to use this app then plan on paying $6.99 per month and if you get out of the subscription before the month is up $49.00.

I like it so far

On a search digging for an app to level with my ocd, that has a good design plus good function. Needed flash cards plus notes that I could save. this one has both for me, but there’s one thing I reallly want to be added, the ability to underline as many parts of the note as needed rather than one phrase. that way I can fill each sentence in an challenge my memory more. also, there’s no one time fee. biggest drawback easily :( subscriptions feel permanent. if you must charge, please give a reasonable option to do it once, I’d pay for it that way most likely

Good App!

This app is great, and had exactly what I wanted to get out of it. The only thing I dislike is the limits imposed on people without premium, but I understand that they’re team needs the money to keep the app running.

This app is the ishh! Besides one minor thing!

The need to copy and paste images should be available in this app. Having to save images to your device and then upload to the app is 1 inconvenient and 2 uses up storage on the users device for no reason. Love the app! It’s truly one of a kind but this is a bottleneck for me. A raving fan.

Update 9/2021: Hi Davonte, just wanted to check in and let you know that, with the latest release, you can now paste images into the app. When you're editing a note, hit the image button and, if there's an image in the clipboard, a paste button will show up in the top left of the screen. This app is amazing! when I first got this app, I had low expectations but it proved me wrong. Ever since I got this app, its been really useful for me in school, there is honestly nothing that I want changed to this app. So its a five star for me :)

Lost the notes

I switched phones, the new phone does not have the notes that I had before, ther is no way to recover them, or at least I can’t find the needed support.

Hi there - sorry you’re having trouble switching phones! This 1-star review makes our small team really sad - we promise your notes haven’t been lost and they can be accessed on your new phone. We’ve never had an issue with lost data and our database is backed up regularly just in case a disaster happens. We also haven’t gotten any support messages about this issue, please message us within the app or email us at support@notefuel.com and we can help you ASAP. Otherwise, the typical way to transfer notes across devices is simply to add an email to your account on one phone, and then sign in with that email on your other phone. Notes sync instantly. Have you added an email to the account on your initial phone? If not, you can do so via the settings screen. If you lost your original phone and can’t add an email to that account, don’t worry - we can still recover your notes and give you access to your account. In this case please message us within the app or at support@notefuel.com and we can help!

This is a wonderful app! Exactly what I was looking for! It is so easy to use and has an easy to use flash card feature in order to practice skills. Love this app!

The app is actually perfect. I just don’t like the fact it’s only subscription based. It will be nice if you had the option to pay a one-time fee.

Notefuel is easy to learn and helps you remember.

This is a really elegant app that helps you capture and remember what you’re trying to learn without an overly complicated interface. So many spaced repetition apps have such complicated structures that they aren’t worth the effort. Notefuel is one one shining exception. 💯
