Not working after I paid for the year
I already paid for the year subscription yet the app won’t let me actually use it and it keeps telling me to start the trial and when I click on it the app says I already paid for the year subscription but it can’t find the subscription associated with my account even though it says I paid for it. Makes no sense

Didn’t upload my file
I had a 6MB file and it wouldn’t upload. It started, stopped, no direction on what the problem was. I wanted to use it to read a college textbook to me on my long commute.

GREAT APP
Hidden record audio cap
This went perfectly for a 2 minute test recording. I then did it again for a 16-20 minute recording and the notes page was the same length as the 2 minute recording. So regardless of the recording continuing till you stop it, it’ll only take notes so far, ultimately causing you to do numerous small recordings. Thanks guys..

Can not process audio
I’ve tried this app 5 times to record meeting notes.
It has failed 4 out of 5 times. Very disappointed in the functionality of this app. I would not reccomend it.

Frustrating
I have tried to use the voice recording twice for my meeting and it does not process the audio recordings. It is rather frustrating that I subscribed and it does not even provide the service o hope to have.

Too bad app for audio recording
I gave up
Spent $50 for a year subscriptions. Worked for a month transcribing youtube videos into text, not without a bunch of issues, sometimes couldn’t recognize my subscription, sometimes return with error messages, sometimes very slow even for a few minutes video, it stuck in the loop for a while, sometimes jump out earlier without finishing especially for video longer than 30 mins. Then it stopped working, I asked help for customer support, got immediate response and then worked for a few days, but only for short few-minutes video. For longer videos, it seems stuck in infinite loop. I don’t want to always reach to customer support for a product not mature like this. I searched online and found other replacement transcribe product that is consistent and reliable. To costumer support: if your product is not mature like this, you shouldn’t push out on the market. Not only you sell service, you also sell credibility.

Works about half the time
When it works it is amazing. Phenomenal scripts and summaries. Even a chat function. But you can’t copy out of it and the link errors for YouTube videos at least half the time. Rarely works on first attempt.
You have to pay
It is great other than signing up you have to pay for everything these days can’t I get a note app without paying other than that so helpful and fun
Useless
I use the notegpt website and it’s great, this doesn’t seem to be anything like it. I’m pretty sure the developer just used the same name in order to get people to download this app. I uploaded my PDF’s and this app did nothing to them other than transcribe them word for word in a section of the app, but it doesn’t do anything AI with it. Deleting now
