It doesn't work

The app is well organized but unfortunately it doesn't work. I followed the instructions but the note doesn't show up. I wish I could say differently but I have too rate it 2 stars. I have it on my phone and my apple watch both don't work and I've heard the same issue from other people. If the develors are reading this please fix this I love the idea of the app but it does not work.
