Hello, I’ve used this app twice now and I must admit it is a really good idea and just so fun to use with all the drawing tools and things. But, sometimes when I’m in the midst of drawing and or writing our text, it ends up freezing and I must close the app entirely, even the tab for it to restart. Thankfully, it saves my progress, but it can get quite annoying when it is unresponsive. Next, sometimes when I wish to replay me or my partners drawing, I click the play button and it does nothing, at all. Lastley, sometimes the notes take a little longer to send, whereas they usually send right away. I truley do love this app, but it can be quite dysfunctional at times.
Couple weeks later, the app is not allowing me or my partner to send notes. It continually keeps saying failed, try again. I press it and nothing happens, now I’ll have to delete the app and who knows where all my notes will go. Please, if you can, get back to me.

Your app is very buggy
I try to draw, gets frozen and deleted. Now after a month of using it doesn’t even work. Consider a different app if you are thinking of using this one.

La peor aplicación que pueden escoger
Se traba demasiado tiene muchísimos errores yo tenía un dibujo completo y la app se me congeló y perdí mi dibujo no la recomiendo para nada hay mejores opciones.
Irritating
Spent ages drawing something very intricate only for it to fail sending multiple times, now none of my notes will send at all, I’ve changed wifi and data, there’s no update, I’ve reset it and nothing! Unusable.
Its a really fun app for couples
Me and my fiancé use it and its better than texting or snap chatting. Its fun and if you add it to your home screen like it says it shows you the drawing on your home screen without even having to click the app, its great!
Genuinely helpful
My wife and I are both audhd and this app allows us both a way to remind each other of things that we often forget, and also ways to remind each other how much we love one another and love notes etc. completely functional without having to pay for the extra things, obvi you’ll just need to pay if u want them. But it’s actually super helpful. 10/10

Instale noteit y desde q lo tengo empezó a fallar, no se mandan mis notas, no me llegan las de mi pareja y ya cerré, borre, hice lo posible y no actúa con normalidad la app, espero respuestas y una solución!

Servers are currently down!
I recently redownloaded this with my partner. Created an account and sent a link. The link seems to be saying the servers are down and I’ve been trying to connect and link it for a couple days already. Hopefully they fix this soon!

The drawing options glitch out
I love being able to send stuff to my girlfriend on her homescreen, but the only thing that sucks is that I’ve had the text glitch as I’m trying to type or move it, and I’ve had the undo/redo buttons when drawing glitch out on me as well. Also, the bucket tool only works sometimes and usually never likes to fill-in white or light colours. Otherwise, the app is okay and is a fun way to interact with my partner.

My partner code won't populate, when I get invites from others it opens safari to a page claiming the host at invite.drawnoteit.com has an error and the invite is no good. I can't pair my noteit to any other users. I've attempted signing out and back in and uninstalling and reinstalling app. Reached out via email for support over a week ago with no feedback.

The app is working perfectly fine for my partner but my widget is blank the entire time for me
Stopped working
Cannot send notes anymore. Take a picture and just says cannot send failed. Rubbish.
