DON’T DO IT!
I repeat, do not do it!! This thing is GARBAGE. All notes stay on pending. I’ve lost so many important notes. I’m in literal trouble at work.
Don’t buy the subscription!
This work great for the first year I used it as I have ADHD and it’s hard to concentrate at times during my meetings. That was up until July 2025, all my notes stuck on pending and now the app stays on the loading screen. There’s no support in fixing the issues. So not worth paying for another year.

Paid the transcription and not working
It is not working and no technical support answer.
Terrible
Meeting recordings just sit in “pending status” and no ability to contact support for help. Company should be ashamed.
Can’t use transcripts and won’t always load your recording
App does not allow you to send yourself the full transcripts of your recording so you can use the. App does not allow to create summary using full transcript words. While the app is processing your recording, if you accidentally log out of your app, it will remain in pending, and you will never get your transcripts or summary for that recording. There are no fixes to get your recording or summary back after it is stuck in pending mode. Very frustrating app to use. Way too much money for what it actually does.

Paid and Lately not working
Paid for the service and worked great for the first five months, but my last eight meetings they have not uploaded and converted properly. I lost both the audio and any translation.
Lack of support
I’d been using this app successfully for months. I now have very critical notes stuck in a pending status for days and no support to diagnose the issue. Sent in a message to the only know contact for the app and still nothing.

I love it, but could be better big flaw
This is a great app and it would be perfect if it allowed me to cut and paste all of the information as it is right now it only allows me to cut and paste the summary. Could you please update this with that? Also allow us to change the title for name of the recording if needed in case we made a mistake. These are too small changes, but they would make the world of a difference. I need to be able to cut and paste the transcript, but it doesn’t allow me to do so

Paid $15 for a subscription to this app and it won’t allow me to upload my recordings. Just says error. Junk app try something else.

This app has been an absolute game changer for staying productive while working from home. It eliminates the need to sit through long meetings by letting me record them and revisit them later. The auto-generated summaries are incredibly helpful and save me tons of time when preparing for follow-ups or reviewing key points. It’s made my workflow so much smoother and stress-free. Highly recommend!!

Wet disappointment
Most of the time, I get a server error when trying to access the transcript after the meeting ends.
