What's New in NoteMate

1.1.3

October 5, 2026

- Folders for your modules: choose a folder on the record screen before you start, and new lectures file themselves. You can also select several recordings and move them in one go. - Never miss a lecture: set a reminder for your next one from the record screen, and we'll nudge you 5 minutes before it starts. - Upgrading takes fewer taps: the plan buttons now open Apple's payment sheet straight away. Restore purchases sits on the same page. - Recordings hold on through a bad connection. If your signal drops mid-upload, the upload waits and carries on when you're back online. - No more waiting on notes that can't be made: if you tap Stop before 10 seconds, we'll check that you meant to. - A tidier record screen, with all your settings on one row.

User reviews

Clear and concise notes

I like that it doesn't just give a transcript but actually tries to understand the context. The headings it generates make a lot of sense for the way my history professor organizes his lectures.

No more hand cramps

My hands used to hurt so much after a full day of law school lectures. This has been a total game changer for my physical comfort. I just sit back, listen, and let the tech do the heavy lifting.

Helps with my dyslexia

Taking notes while listening is really hard for me because of my dyslexia. This lets me focus entirely on what the teacher is saying instead of stressing about spelling things correctly in my notebook.

Game changer for seminars

It captures everything even when the professor speaks really fast. The formatting is clean and I love how it highlights key points without me having to tap my screen every five seconds.

Super helpful for history

I used this during my long history lecture yesterday and the way it broke down the dates and events into summaries was amazing. Saved me so much time trying to re-listen to the whole recording.
