Updated app. NOW ALL MY NOTES ARE GONE!!!!
As the title states. I’ve updated this app and now YEARS of notes is gone!! Don’t know how to recover from this!! If I could I would give ZERO stars.
Was good, now annoying
Now trash. Cannot flip back and forth from a source to copy/paste without running into annoying ads on the screen that are a pain to get past. Going to delete this app and try to find another. It is good in that it can accept more amounts of copied text to paste into the app than the native iOS notepad. But the recent addition of advertising negates the good it does.

Thanks For The Update But The Notepad App Search Feature Option Doesn't Work Properly
On the notepad app, the search feature option with the magnifying glass disappears when in use. You type in what you are looking for. It highlights what's being searched for. Then, when you tried to click on what's highlighted, you can't get to highlight without clicking on the icon in the right-hand corner. Clicking the icon on the right-hand side takes you to the top of the page, clicking on the highlighted content to be lost. Retrieving the icon on the right-hand side takes you to the top of the page, causing the highlighted content to be lost. The search option feature icon disappears. You won't be able to go to the spot where the highlighted section was reached to make any adjustments to the place in the notes. When searching, you can type in the highlighted area and click on the search options back and forth. Then, click save to apply the updates. What is the point of the search option if you can't get to the highlighted spot on the notes to make the appropriate adjustments? Keep the search feature option, the magnifying glass icon, and the page as if you are searching in your notes, so you can click on the highlighted search area to make the necessary changes. I have been using this app for 4years on my iPhone before that on a android but now it has become unreadable on my iPhone 14 how do I go back to a useable app
Please Add Find In Note Search Feature In Notepad
In notepad add search feature for the users to easier find what they are looking in each notepad page they are in. That find in note search feature would make using notepad a lot easier to use.

I loved this app for years but the recent update made it unusable. Really sad.
The new update is causing crashes
I have been using this app for years and have some really old notes on here from 2019. The new update has made most of those notes inaccessible and every time I try to select the notes it keeps crashing. This is really frustrating and needs to be resolved. Updates shouldn’t affect pre-existing notes

Fantastic - sort order choices works great
I couldn't figure out how to update my previous review, but the changes today ( 7/16/2025 Ver. 3.0.3 ) are fantastic - another 5 Stars. I set my notes to ' oldest created first ' and my note order is back like I had it before. Thank you very much !

Do not like the new update. I like to be able to put things in the order that I want them. And I don’t like the fact that the first two lines are shown as it may be something you want private
Original app vs upgrade
The original design before the 3.0.2 upgrade was fantastic. Now it just feels blocky and bulky. It used to be so easy to navigate, now it’s more of a hassle

About new update into notepad
Hi, I hope you’re doing well.
First of all thanks for the such an amazing app notepad.
I have been using that app from last 3-4 years. I always enjoy using it as it is simple and straightforward.
I am facing an issue from 2-3 days since the app is updated, I have some important information written which I cannot open it up from the notes, whenever I try to open the notes it took me out from the app automatically. If you want I can explain more to provide you with the picture. Please help me out or if there is anyways I can go back to tha old version of the app so I can access my notes.

Excellent simple notes
Been using it for years - quick & easy to use
The new update - July 2025 - when you edit, the note moves to the top - I'd rather it stayed in order or be able to change the order, but I'll get used to it.

App not opening saved notes anymore
What is going on with this app?? I can’t seem to open any of my saved notes anymore, what is happening??
What happened to Notepad?
What happened to Notepad? When I open up one of my notes and then close it, it goes to the top of the list which is putting everything out of order. What happened to Notepad? Please fix it because everything is all screwed up from the way I had everything in its proper place.

Format problem
Pls change the format back to what it was . This new format is horrible and I’m a daily user of your app for years . This app worked perfectly for years not sure why the creator had to be a superstar today and ruin the app . You just ruined a pefectly working app ! What a way to mess up my morning.

Im pretty sure theres a glitch that causes nothing to show if the word count is too high. Please fix this please

I can see that there's a way to type the notes, but when you do, it goes to a different note. The note that was in that order prior to searching. I dunno how to explain it for it to make sense to you, but you gotta fix it.
