Notepane

Notepane renders live formatting, reading-grade typography, and zero setup friction in a single pane — no toolbar, no modes, no folders. What you type is what you read, from the first keystroke. - First line, first title: no title field, no naming step. Whatever you type first becomes the note's title. - Live formatting, no toolbar: type #, **, *, >, or a backtick and it renders instantly — headings, bold, italics, quotes, and inline code appear as you type, with no preview to switch to. - Reading-grade typography: type scale, line height, and paragraph rhythm are tuned for long reading, including mixed Korean/English text on a shared baseline. - Lists and checkboxes that just work: type "- " to start a list, tap a checkbox to complete it. - Zero friction: no accounts, no sign-in, no folders, no tags, no sync setup. Open the app and start typing. - Fully local: every note stays on your device. Notepane makes no network connections and includes no analytics or ad SDKs. Your device's own backups (like iCloud or iTunes) may still include your notes as part of standard iOS backup behavior — that's not something Notepane transmits itself. Search across every note by title or body from the same list you write in. Swipe to delete. That's the whole app.
