UpWord has been abandoned for years.
Upword has some serious problems, including trade-offs, and it hasn't been updated or improved on my iPhone (iOS) from the App Store since 2018. One of the worst problems with Upword is the scrolling issue: I can't scroll down while typing, and it kicks me out when I try to sign up for Upword with Dropbox. I wish Upnote had a trash can, version history for notes, and a before-and-after comparison, so I can recover them since I already deleted them due to Grammarly’s Generative AI-suggested edits. Because of UpWord, I had to move my notes from UpWord to Apple Notes.

Easy app to use for what I need.
I really like the app, since I can’t get Wordpad anymore, I’m glad I found this app. Just wish I had control of the font size and to be able to underline.

I prefer it over the stock notes app but no Apple Watch app and no cloud is most definitely a drawback.
Data transfer is scrambled
Using airdrop or just pasting from apple’s notepad s rambles some text. Unreliable.

Hopefully this gets updated and actually removes third party trackers, since the listing says Data Not Collected but it makes connections to social media analytics.

Will this app ever be updated? It’s my favorite list/notes app but could use updating.
Decent but buggy
I am enjoying this app, and have had trouble find one with a folder layout that I like until now. Problem I keep having is that about 30% of the time I add, delete, or edit anything.. the app crashes. Little note about how the devs have been notified, but the last update was years ago. Will it ever get fixed? Doubtful. Unfortunate.

Love this app but have an issue
Have been using this app for at least 3 yrs now and love it. Use it for daily work & personal to do’s, notes, ongoing grocery list and the list goes on! I went premium right away, money well spent! I’ve recommended this app to a lot of friends. Very easy to use. I would be lost without it. I tried other apps and nothing came close.
ONLY ISSUE: I use to be able to print my notes from my iPhone but there is a bug & you can no longer do that, app closes as soon as you request print. I have emailed for help but no response from them. Wish that could be fixed!

Broken app
Does not work anymore, my notes keep disappearing, get “use at own risk, deprecated files” or something to that effect. No support. No help. Seems it actually doesn’t exist anymore.
Needs update
This was a great app, and I have 3 years worth of important notes on it: However, I just updated my iPhone to the latest IOS (18.1.1), and soon as I open the app, it closes. This app needs to be updated to fit the current ios.
Very Nice More Taking App
Nice app for taking quick notes. It has a good amount of features and font choices. Easy to use and has a good selection of background colors and types of notes and lists you can make.

I used this app for several years and it worked perfectly. by then, I had notes of all kinds that I had saved-list of books I’ve read wanted to read, significant numbers and passwords and many of the categories. Then, all of a sudden. everything disappeared and I cannot retrieve it. I have emailed the developers asking for help and get no response To all New users-do not risk using this app; you will be sorry

Just Awful!!
I paid for the Premium edition….and the message “Trial Expired” keeps popping up!! My notes I made….GONE!! Page for Customer Support…NOT FOUND!! GRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!
