Pretty cool but....
...as of now for me it's not usable.
1. No search functiin
2. When I go to enter text I cannot see it on the screen
3. When I try to download a cloud file it asks me what is the name. There is not dialog to choose a file
Some words are in Chinese I cannot read them.
If I buy will these things be solved?
Many other things not available.
I love the folder metaphor though.

This app lets you treat your iPhone like a computer. Complete file and structural control, password locked folders, supports all files, and a way to move files from your computer to your iPhone bypassing iTunes. This is exactly what I was looking for. You can use it for everything. Thank you so much.

It would be better if supporting reminders.
No search function?
The organizational structure is great and so is the ability to store various file types. But unless I’m missing something there is no way to search for a document without scrolling through everything. You can’t put in search criteria to find specific files.
With a large database this is not useable.

Great Note taking App. Could be better...
Really like the collapsing outline structure. Please add editing features to the Notes or Text. I would like to be able to Change different fonts and font sizes, Add Boldface, Underline, Italic, Highlight and type Text in different colors. Just adding these features would greatly enhance this App. Thanks!

Password
I changed my password to ”E” I them closed the app and re-opened it. I then proceed to type in the letter E. Apparently it wasn't the password, but it was... Why didn't it save? I also tried to turn off the ”Show this again” thing. I proceed to open the app and Shows the ”Tap 3 times to type password” thing......
However, before I did the password, it did look very well and was made very well.

Do you mean you changed password but it does not save? What is your old and new password? You said “E” which confused me. Also if you turn off display the prompt message, it should show blank page when open the app, it works well on mine.
Possibly the best note app I’ve seen
If there’s one class of apps that I have expertise or maybe an obsession his note taking apps. This particular one has more features than any other I’ve seen. The tree style outline that. FOLDS along with type of file makes this I truly useable and productive app. Search the App Store and see how many note taking apps I have a collapsible outline with multiple levels, there are very few and Omni wants about 29 bucks. If someone thinks this is junk has written in another review they haven’t really used it. I use it for my legal work which will project onto a screen. I need other areas folded so they’re not viewable. I have to be able to pull up any type of evidential file type, Video, audio or text from Interrogatories. The only other amazing note taking app for studying as margin notes. What these two apps you can pretty much pull off anything. Absolute great work to the developer.A matching software for the PC would be awesome.

good app when it works. Xu is lousy programmer. Version 3 more compatible and worked perfectly w ipad ios 7.1. I have to wait like a year to access my files. I have no access to them after the update.

Great default notes app
Simple easy to use, just wish it sync'd

Not at all an intuitive app. Many things just don't work in the app. Font is micro-print with no way to change (or change the background). Needs lots and lots of work to be useful at all.

Once you learn to use this, it is an awesome app.
You can take pics (let's say... A pic of your credit card)
Then file it and hide it. And then delete from camera roll. So when your paying bills, and don't want to jump to find wallet, just access from the phone!
If someone gets into your phone, there is NO way they are getting into the app if you password protect.
You can also safely store ALL passwords in here. I haven't forgotten a password again since I started using this app. You don't want to leave your passwords in notes, if someone gets into your phone they can get all of them. This way they're locked.
A VERY nice alternative to 'notes'. When you use that it cloud syncs to every device associated with the account. Awesome app.
The only negative was lack of instructions. With the new FAQ page, this is no longer an issue. Wonderful app! Love it! Completely worth the price just for security. I can even put 'santa's list' on my phone with no worry of the kids finding it when they play a game on my phone! Wonderful!!!

Alright
Good App, it requires you to put in a password everytime and can be hidden which I like, supports many files and other features. Worth the dollar.
