This has saved me <3
I am hypersexual, and this has helped me jot down all the things I have in my head that I don’t want in my mind. I genuinely don’t know what I’d do without this, it has genuinely helped me with all the urges and thoughts I have every day and saves me the stress. Thank you 0<3

This app is the best. Widget access through control centre is cool and it’s reliable. Love it!
Asterix forces dot point
I use asterix * at start of paragraph as a rating system but now it makes the whole paragraph a dot point. I think i will use a semicolon first to denote its subsequent to the above paragraph when usually i would just not use spaces before the paragraph to indent it, its a bit weird having semicolon and asterix on the same start of paragraph. I use semicolon for when writing the paragraph above the old one which is my usual format - isnt enough for example if i want to continue the last paragraph but the topic has changed and i want it to stand out whoch tends to be when i might use an asterix too so usually i press the “return” button so the asterix will stand out but not use indentation spaces so that its obvious its subsequent to the above paragraph and not the other way around.

Awesome for reminders
Abysmal Search Engine
Just like all the other Apple App, the “Search Field-Search Tool” efficiency is so bad. Almost useless. We should have all the tools associated with a Multiple terms with AND-OR-NOT etc… No one at apple fix things anymore.
This is why I need this app
OK, I have Google Keep but Google Keep doesn’t have some of the features on notes. Have I mostly use this app for studying and things I need to say this is why I love this app to survive
Can’t delete old notes
There’s no option to delete old notes
Great App + Some requests
Notes is a great app. I use it daily to write.
Requests.
I’ve just updated to iOS 27 on iPad and iPhone.
+ Can the bold, italic, underline options be always visible, on screen, perhaps at the top and above the the keypad where there’s ample space please?
+ Can the drawing facility and the colour palette be developed with more brushes and palette storage options? I’d really like to use it more and more to create and make art with.
Thanks.

An Invaluable Tool
My thoughts are kept accessible for later use in writing and research.
The OG cross-device app
Been using notes for years. Running a building company, I can do an initial site visit on a new job enquiry then create the quote using tables etc in Notes and know that everything I write on my iMac is immediately visible on my iPhone.
Once I win the job I can make notes during the working day on my phone and know it’s already in my iMac in the office which easily keeps everything up to date.

Kinda annoying
I love this app so much it makes everything more organized, better than any app on this phone, but I just wish there was more folders you could put in folders, and it would stop doing this thing where if you clicked enough folders, the folder you go into will glitch slightly and if you try to get out of it, it sends you all the way back instead of the folder it was in.

Notes keep disappearing
This is a known bug, this is not me accidentally deleting my notes, and apple has never fixed it. Don’t use this app.
Bad, worse than Google Docs
It autocorrects every freaking word even if it’s a real thing
search crashes
when using search it crashes
