Handwritten notes
Overall the app is good. My only critique is that the hand written aspect needs work. I really like the ability to write my notes digitally and being able to customize it how I please. Unfortunately, there are many faulty features; the one that bugs me most is when I go to highlight something that I had written previously- for example, to change to the color- it rarely allows me to click what I’m trying to change on the first try. Along with that, if you have written notes side by side and you’re only trying to highlight and change one side it won’t let you highlight it. It also will highlight random parts of your notes that don’t look like they should be grouped together at all. I’ve also experienced some glitching.

Love this app. Especially cz I have a widget for it and anytime I need it fast I can just click that and open a new note.
Although note for devs. You should add a feature that lets us change the color of the yellow bar on the app icon and /or the color of the icons in the app like the arrows and icons within the app.

I have used NOTES since my first iPhone purchase decades ago! Never had any issues! Lately, some of my pages that I continuously add text to on a regular basis have become sticky-glitchy, if that makes sense?! The tap of the characters are stiff/sticky…like milli-seconds lag to post!? Buggy? I guess? Not a big deal or a deal breaker, but slightly annoying for me! Please fix it!!!

If I could give 0 star I would. I just opened the application and all my notes are gone. To whoever created this applications seems that you don’t know what problem you have created. People don’t rely on this application. Don’t download and take screenshots of whatever you have written.

I use Notes for so many different things
I discovered how flexible was the use of Notes thanks to a guy on YouTube who explains clearly and easily how to make the most of Notes. Since my Notes became the hub of all categories of things important to me. But it’s a work in progress now I have to give some structure to this hub and for that create files and even sub files and will be a reel working tool. Maybe a AI agent could with a good prompt even doing it for me. I would have the best of 2 worlds. Why not?

Updates do not reflect when you share to collaborate. Rendering it useless

Awful - Loses notes
This app is awful for not changes unable to be reverted. They added a collapse within note sections. If you copy/cute the entire collapsed section and paste it, it loses the entire section and oastes the title only. There is no way to undo this. Horrible app
Suggestion
We need a way to create sub folders. Having a way to nest folders inside category folders would be a much more useful system.
