Excellent AI Notetaker
It’s been a highly customizable app and constantly improving. Security is taken very seriously which is important to us. Notetaking will pause when a call comes in but this is an Apple issue not Notewell’s (and there’s a workaround for this).
Good for therapists
I’ve used this app for months now and it’s been a pleasure to use. Progress notes aren’t a headache anymore and its cheaper than any other tool I’ve tried. I’d like more features within the app itself, but I can’t complain.
No Functional App
This application was highly disappointing. After having it for a month, I determined not to keep it after losing all of my data for no apparent reason receiving feedback from customer service.
1. The application stops recording if you receive a phone call
2. The application is constantly glitching and sometimes taking days or hours to retrieve your data for processing.
3. It is not at all dependable, so if you are a practitioner, I highly suggest not using this product.
