Vital Tool for Nursing Teams
In this digital age, communications across health care providers can be difficult and a potential patient safety factor - with Notifyd, we are able to communicate in teams, across shifts and with PCGs that reduce the "communication deficit" risk factor. Notifyd is a crucial tool in patient safety, in my opinion - I'm thankful that my company has recognized the communication gap and has given us this valuable tool.

Communication is vital to the success of an organization. Despite how convenient it was to send a text message, we were limited to remain compliant with HIPAA regulations. Many of our texts had to be followed up with additional texts leaving room for communication breakdowns and errors.
Notifyd has positively changed a significant portion of our daily operation. Now, we can communicate freely and openly, providing as much detail as needed. Not only has Notifyd simplified communication, but it has also created a workflow that is organized and accessible on my phone or desktop computer.
The customer service is second to none, and new features are rolling out consistently.

The Best!
I have felt like this app has saved my job on more than just one occasion! When you really need a nurse and you need to go through 500 nurses, this is the app to do it. With this app I am able to send out one message to as many nurses necessary. At the company I work for we use this app on a daily and honestly I would be extremely stressed without it!

Deleting
Ok app but No Way to Delete old messages. Very Annoying and Distracting from current conversation. This needs to be fixed. Takes up necessary space on my iPhone or laptop.
