Genuinely amazing prices with a great selection. European products, Asian products, American products, anything from anywhere! It’s fabulous. If they had a points system they would be my only place to order from. I only go back to boots for the points

Good but could do better

Been ordering from Notino for years and yes they have best prices but they never send you samples no matter how much you order from them that’s disappointing.

Rare plateforme de vente en ligne qui est excellente

Je viens de les avoir au téléphone pour un suivi qui date de presque trois mois et franchement ils sont tellement adorables et à l’écoute que ça me donne des ailes et j’ai envie de leur laisser un avis super positif avec 5 étoiles. La prise de téléphone est rapide, tout est bien expliqué, le suivi est la même si ça fait des mois que vous n’avez pas passé de commande, ils sont d’une douceur incroyable. Je ne sais pas comment ils ont construit leur team mais ils sont très solides, tous sont au courant du dossier client et travaillent tous dessus et il n’y a pas de “oui mais c’est pas moi qui est en charge de votre dossier et la personne n’est pas la blablabla” et ça c’est une très grande force. Je passe mes commandes à droite à gauche en piochant là et là mais je vais définitivement basculer Notino à 100%.

disappointed

ordered for the first time on the 6 of march . was really excited . it’s the 22nd and received nothing . no email nothing . i called but an AI bot answered and apparently it hasn’t even been dispatched yet . very disappointed

Really bad delivery

I’ve ordered from them two times and I had problems in both cases. First time there was a wrong QR code so I couldn’t get my parcel and I have to spend a lot of time to solve this problem. Second time I’ve ordered a parcel one week ago, paid for delivery and it’s not even in transit! I really need this parcel for my holiday. So, my advice is that if you need something urgent don’t order from Notino!

Not buying again from Notino

After buying two items with one of them having an additional £4 custom engraving on it, they failed to deliver my parcel and after 2 times of being unable to deliver it they cancelled the order and sent it back. I email them, nothing, so I call them and they say they can resend it to my home address instead of an InPost. After that I receive an email saying they don’t have one item in stock so they will just send me one item instead. Then they say they will refund me the engraving too. All that for one gift cancelled and the other Christmas gift to not even be custom anymore. Very uncool Notino.
