Great Idea
Love the concept of this app as too many corporations are trying to guilt the consumer into subsidizing their payroll in establishments that traditionally are not tip based services. The app just isn’t quite user friendly enough yet to encourage widespread and frequent use.
-Map didn’t display any businesses in the airport and I travel for a living.
- The inability to edit my profile, only delete was a turn off. I didn’t realize it was going to display my full name, -Would love a user name feature.
-Please explain how these businesses will see the feedback.
-If the app could pair with google maps and simultaneously create a google review on how the specific user doesn’t feel this should be a tipping based service, would be awesome.
I appreciate that developer work isn’t free and takes time. So I will definitely be checking back and try to use again in the near future.
