This was a decent app then you “updated” the app. It’s now a ridiculously overpriced data miner. A small fee, sure. This?? Absolutely NOT worth it! I work in social media- go elsewhere
Doesn’t work anymore
I have been using this app for almost a year and suddenly it started to not work. Cant analyse any profils, try to delete the app and re download and now I cant even sign in.

Great app but doesn’t work lately
Analytics doesn’t load most of the time. I hoped today’s update would fix it but I still get the error every time I’m trying to analyze an account.

Latest update
I give 5 starts anyway only if you re-update the app because with the last one now everytime that i want to check the analytics it says to change wifi or go in 4G or put the phone in airplane mode for a few mins and try again. This wasn’t happening before the latest update. Overall great app 👍🏻

I type in the Instagram username and it just keeps loading and never ever does what it supposed to

Instale la App y no solo no le encontré ninguna utilidad, ya que me brindó información que ya sabía, sino que lo peor es que temo que tengan los datos para apropiarse de mi Instagram. Ya la borré pero igualmente me queda la duda.
Not working
It’s more than week that the app comes up with an error message asking me to change network or go on airplane mode for a bit. I’ve done everything, even logged out, but the app isn’t working which makes it useless. It happens with every profile, not just mine and I don’t have e provare account since I’m a content creator.

App not working
The latest update is not working on my iPhone. Whenever I enter a profile, the screen turns white and then nothing.

This app used to work flawlessly, now I can’t even get it to work ONCE. I think this is an issue due to your new website update.

This app is amazing, I have been using the website version for years and was super excited when they announced the app as it is incredibly helpful for a business point of view!
Can’t access business mode.
I registered and paid for the business subscription on my pc and when i log in to my account on my iphone, it continues to offer me the free trial option. I can’t access the premium features from my phone.

Uso mucho la web asi que me descargué la app por eso mismo pero me encuentro teniendo que entrar a la web igual porque en la app no figura el detalle del crecimiento de seguidores por día. Muy buen servicio igual.
