Pathetic app!
Not at all user friendly. Difficult to navigate. Don’t get proper notifications on any updates posted. It’s a torture using this app. Wish there was an option to provide Zero rating !!!
Terrible app
Hate to open the app due to difficulties in navigating. File download issues, difficulties in switching profile. Different menu for same information. End up searching everywhere for a specific info
Dubious Transaction Cost
Not very happy with being charged transaction cost for Netbanking and UPI. ESPECIALLY AFTER DEMONETISATION.
