The app is OK, but compared with many similar PL/WSL clubs we short change our women. They won the league twice in two seasons, gaining promotion to the WSL2, and they are giving a good account of themselves there too… …but can you buy a kit with a WSL2 patch, or with your favourite female player’s name on the back? No! They almost never get mentioned in the WhatsApp channel, and the app News feed is all about yesterday’s PL game rather than looking forward to today’s WFA Cup clash. Do better by us lasses Forest!

Dreadful Update
Absolutely awful update, whatever you press takes you to the shop. Sort it out please.
Not perfect but huge a improvement!!
The latest update is a HUGE improvement on the previous version! Still not perfect but at least it's readable.

Who ever designed the layout for this update has given a single thought to how it actually appears on a device, I have reasonable vision, I don't require glasses and I can't see a single word on the screen, there is no gesture to enlarge anything and the choice of text colour doesn't help either.
There is absolutely no chance in hell my dad will be able see a thing in the app.
This is an official club app and they want us to make more use of it? Need to be able to see it first!
Inclusion is the buzz word at City Ground past few seasons, well this is far from inclusive or accessible for most people!
Oh and please stop the constant pop-up ads that appear EVERY TIME, very annoying, especially when it's a pop-up advertising the very page you're attempting to view! They also don't adapt landscape/portrait mode so most of the time you can't even close them !

Needs improvement
Good for keeping up to date with fixtures. Would be much better if the app remembered my details so I didn’t have to re submit by email and password every time.

Keeps logging me out. I have to keep signing in every time I use the app.

Personally I think this app is great no bugs or glitches great for what you need if your a Forest supporter. COYR!!!
Notifications
I turned the notifications on for tickets with all other options turned off. I keep getting updates during games of yellow cards, goals, substitutions etc, which is quite annoying.
App review
Easy to sign up and really helpful when giving advice on how to use. Love the additional features including line up and match predictions. Love it!
Great app for a great team
Love the app for the most part. Biggest set back is that it doesn’t remember where you are when watching games in Forest TV. Also, a lot of the older games have zero commentary or graphics. So it’s more of an “at the stadium” experience I guess.
Basics
Logs me out all of the time.. why? Why don’t you have facial recognition? Why does it need to log out? Tickets… you have an app… why do I need to log in to an app, then log in to a website from the app… you’re developers couldn’t Integrate the shop or ticket sales? I have to log on about 5 times just to get anything, and the ticket sales then end up to be buggy as sht anyway. Its like nobody tests the app before just pushing it out. We are a prem league club… sort it out.

I can see others have had same problems and nobody has bothered to fix two issues:
1. App keeps logging you out
2. Cannot put iPhone in lock or minimise app without radio commentary stopping
Due to these reasons I will not be paying/subscribing. Please fix these problems so fans who don’t have season tickets can enjoy the matches

Audio requires app open. Please fix!
The app was generally pretty reliable last season. Recent update has completely killed it in terms of listening to the commentary we pay good money for. You must now keep the app open (cannot switch away) and cannot lock the screen. Otherwise commentary stops.
A longer standing issue is that it appears to not be using usual audio APIs and so you cannot control things like Airplay as you would expect.
App also aggressively logs you out and logging back in is very annoying.
Fans pay a decent amount of money for what should be a simple service: stream audio commentary for those not in range of Radio Nottm. That it can no longer do this without being hostile to the user is really not on.

Audio error message
I live outside of the Nottingham radio border so I subscribe for the commentary mainly. When I click to listen to a live match all I get is an error saying I don’t have the correct entitlements. Absolute joke when I pay every month.
