2.1.0

NOVA 2.0. Every screen has been rebuilt. Content sits on the page instead of inside stacked boxes: thin rules, space and more room, in warm white throughout. Week, month and year are one control everywhere. Muscles trained See where your training landed. A body you can turn with a finger, shaded in NOVA gold by the sets you logged, or a chart of seven muscle groups. Each set counts once. Tap a muscle to see which exercises put the work there. NOVA remembers the side you turned to and whether you look at a week, month or year, and always opens on the current one. Included for everyone. Made to fit more people Shape the figure to you: three drawn bodies, one of them neutral, seven body types and sliders for build, shoulders, hips and height. Pronouns appear on your profile, not in every list. The timer, with the screen off Every cue plays on the exact second with your iPhone locked, over your music and on silent. The Lock Screen and the Dynamic Island show each interval and its countdown. New sounds, including a spoken countdown in your iPhone's own voice with Super Nova. The queue Tap an exercise to open it, and add it to your queue with a long press. Back takes you to the queue, every row shows its set count, and saving during a session returns you there. Logging Reps, weight and the decimal on three wheels. Single arm and single leg exercises log per side. A note on set two comes back on set two. On an exercise with enough history, one quiet line can say what today's order means for it, based on your own sets. Your gym and Grind Find the gym you train at and see who else trains there, or be its first member. A weekly leaderboard for everyone, your gym or the people you follow. Posts list your exercises in the order you did them. Stats worth opening Your training as a trend: volume, sets, reps or sessions by week, month or year, push, pull, legs and core as a balance, and goals with your current best beside the target. Apple Health See your latest VO2 max and last night's sleep in Settings, read from Apple Health. They stay on your iPhone. Your training, on your iPhone Your iPhone is linked to one account. Switching accounts saves a backup first and never deletes your training. Back up and restore in Settings, behind Face ID. Fixed • The logger's numbers stay readable at larger text sizes • Volume shows in pounds everywhere when you use pounds • A deleted timer plan stays deleted • A shared video link is always saved, even when a breakdown is not possible • Opening notifications clears the bell • Goals entered in pounds are stored in pounds • Stats no longer plots days that have not happened • Exercises that were listed twice are listed once
