Terrible app
Worst app ever, constantly wants me to log in then says password incorrect so set up new password via app then it says I can’t set up password as a user is already logged in, if I am already logged in why can’t I access app
Autoplay… please!
I know others have said the issue with the player resuming after taking a call has been fixed, however, when using Apple CarPlay to send a message or listen to a message (and I would say even when taking/making a call, although that’s rare) I have to go back to the player and either make it play again OR go all the way back to the Home Screen and select the channel I’m listening to again. It seems like such a first world problem, but it’s very frustrating when other apps seamlessly transition between playing and pausing for calls/messages. Other than that I LOVE the ability to listen to my loved “metro” stations while living regionally. It’s great being able to listen to Ricki Lee and Tim each morning on my hour long drive.

As someone who travels regional regularly, nova app means I can keep listening to the station I love even when I’m outside of Sydney
More ads
So to listen to the station, that has ads, I need to listen to more ads. It’s very frustrating to have so many ads, especially if I start the app, hear some ads, only to enter the station right when the are playing ads. This is one of the reason people stream and you are making it worse

Frustrating
Bugs in CarPlay. You have to start the app on your phone most of the time. Quite frustrating if you’re already driving.
App is lagging and buggy

Have updated many times and it just crashes every time.

Bug when logging in
i can’t even review this app. i try to log in (after making an account online) and once i enter my email and password, the page glitches up, and i cant see the log in button, i have to scroll down to see it, but once my finger leaves the screen. it glitches back up again. i refuse to use the website when an app is available, yet i cant use it! pls fix
