Problems with payment online
I’m unable to pay for a package before it’s sent from the US. As a result, it’s unusable. I’ve received no actionable support for over one month.
Bad in every possible way!
No support on phone or in app.. Expensive prices.. Unprofessional workers on site and on chat .. And the most funny part is they forgot to add back button in some places in the app..Not recommended at all..

Створив шипмент без проблем, сплатив і не отримав ніякого підтвердження на почту. чекав три дні, куар код так і не отримав. писав в підтримку декілька разів, замовляв дзвінок - ноль на масу. створив новий шипмент і сплатив ще $50. нічого не змінилось. код так і не отримав. В Юпс без кода посилку не беруть

Problems with payments
Parcel says it will be delivered in couple hours, but I still don’t see a button to pay the delivery fee. Looks like it is because history is not populated with specific status “customs cleared”. But on top of the shipping it says that it will be delivered today. You have problems with workflows. If it is not possible to do it in the app. Why not to give possibility to do that on web? Until you will polish the app..

Nur Spam und Werbung
Die App ist einfach nur excellent was den Postautomaten betrifft. Die Benachrichtigungen für ankommende und abgesendete Pakete ist super. Aber die Werbung und der ganze spammist nervt einfach. Und sobald man die Werbung in der App unter Einstellungen abstellt, wird die Betriebszeit von Filialen und postautomaten nicht mehr angezeigt!! Soll ich wirklich mit meiner Geduld und Nerven für diese Info bezahlen??
Ps. Ausländer mit NICHT ukrainischer mobilfunknummer dürfen sich wohl garnicht registrieren!?

Така сама ситуація. UPS пише що посилка доставлена, а в застосунку досі що я навіть с юпс не відправив. Дурня якась

Решила я с радости отправить посылку из США , сроки доставки пишет правда сразу нериалистичные. Ок. Запакуйте и отнесите в ближайшее отделение не распечатайте только покажите кьюар код, ок круто я подумала. В результате смотрю смотрю нкделю статус в приложении что я создала посылку но не отнесла ее. Вообщем никак она не отслеживается и где она неизвестно. Служба потдержки в приложении молчит а в вайбере мне предложили сами дозваниваться по номерам в Украине)) провал ваша доставка из США

Міняють час доставки без попередження, запізнюються курʼєри і ніяк це не компенсують. Зате ціни ростуть

It’s feeling so good when you in use with this provider of service! This is an outstanding example of good service.
Nice app, but still need bug fixes
I use it often, but the interface gets cluttered. The built in calendar date picker neither relies on device regional settings nor hints the user what is the name of the day of week you’re picking. They forgot that week may start on Monday too depending on a country where you are. I wanted the delivery for Monday and they came on Sunday because of that glitch. That’s pathetic!
