Novadontics Forever
I have been using Novadontics since 2019. This unqiue platform is beyond practice management needs. It has so many functionality and features that are so many to cover up here, get the free trial and you judge yourself!
As a periodontist and dental implant specialist, I use the implant log feature for the implants I place. A feature that no other platform can offer. It enables you to track how many implant you place with all associated details from reference/lot numbers and patient as well as site specific information. It also lets you mark failed and redo implants which at the end of the day will make you understand what your own success rate means for you and your patients.
My other favorite part is the product catalogue, a hand picked and DISCOUNTED items that you can create your own order list and re-order with few clicks and done, withou then hassle of going through the reps and wondering if you get the best price or not. Furthermore, when I was in need for digital scanner that I could not afford to pay in full, the financing option is just a click away! Just amazing and super convenient.
CE videos and other educational tools covers up wide range of information that you probably want to access very quickly and efficiently without trying to struggle finding out which book to use! It’s all there on Novadontics platform and again, it is just a click away.
The module for patient management is very unique… all patient photos, forms, notes, consents are in the same area and unlike other softwares you don’t need to go back and forth trying to find out where they are located! One more amazing thing ? You can text/email/print consent forms and post op instruction forms to patients so they can sign and done !
Major plus is the customer service, when in doubt or having a trouble just call or text so no more answering machines or endless waiting! A big plus is that they listen to you and will make changes very quickly to accommodate your needs at no time.
I can’t cover all the wonderful features that I enjoy on daily base practice! But one thing I can assure you, you will enjoy the platform anywhere on your computer or ipad or phone!
