Slow connection
I am connected to my WiFi. I am getting 500 mbs, but I keep getting a slow connection message and will not load my books I am reading!

Waste of time
Getting coins is a joke. Bonuses expire without notification. Biggest waste of time. There are many other great reading apps. Don’t waste your time here. I only added this app because of an ad I saw. The snippet of book I read was interesting so I wanted to continue it. Quickly became frustrated with this app and deleted it. Looked for the book elsewhere but no other app had it (google research showed the book was only available here and for purchase on Amazon so I decided to try the app again. Once again it was a huge disappointment. I’ll buy from Amazon before wasting my time any longer with this app.

I have been reading books on here for a long time I have even put money into them and when you changed how to buy coins I still kept reading but I have a judge problem that the Arthur of some books just stops in the middle of a book and stops weighting it which is frustrating and you guys need to do something about it

Payment
I clicked to purchase some coins and it said payment failed. So I verified my card information was correct and tried again. Same thing payment failed and no coins appeared in my account. When I received my credit card bill I was charged for both. Reached out with no response from the app.
