Glitchy
I love Novak but it’s difficult to book through their online system, whether it’s on a browser or through the app. It’s very glitchy and many times, it never loads the available time slots for me to finish booking my appointment.
Product availability
I loved that I used to be able to order my products from the app and book my appointment all in the same place. The company that ships orders doesn’t always send out updates when ordered through the website! Other than that this app is the best ever🤩🤩🤩
