H Control is an independent professional control surface for compatible NovaStar H Series video processors on your local network. Connect directly over Wi-Fi and manage H2, H5, H9, H15 and H20 processors without a cloud account or remote server. ESSENTIAL OPERATOR CONTROLS • Adjust and permanently save screen brightness when supported • Freeze and restore outputs • Activate or restore blackout with press-and-hold protection • View and recall existing presets • Select existing layers and switch their input sources • Monitor device, screen, input and connection status PROGRAMMING WORKSPACE View screen layouts and work with existing layers, including position, size and source assignment when supported by the processor firmware and installed cards. CUSTOM SHORTCUTS Build your own control deck with quick actions for presets, freeze, blackout, brightness, screens, layers and sources. SAFE BY DESIGN A global control lock prevents accidental commands. Offline processors keep their last known state visible but never queue actions. Commands that time out are not repeated automatically. LICENSING Start the complete 5-day trial manually. There is no automatic charge. After the trial, Demo Mode remains available without limits and real processor connections require the one-time Full Unlock purchase. PRIVACY H Control collects no data and includes no analytics or advertising. Processor profiles stay on your device and OpenAPI credentials are protected by the iOS Keychain. Requires iOS or iPadOS 17 or later and NovaStar H Series firmware V1.9.9.2 or later. Available features vary by firmware, installed cards and OpenAPI support. Compatible with NovaStar H Series.
